I'm not sure if there is a bug in the new v3.0 MMC or not. I was viewing
updates from a new update view I had made, and on the right-hand 'action'
pane of the MMC, in the view section, I chose 'New Window from Here.'
Instead of opening a new window, it changed the existing one to only display
my custom update view. Now that's all that is displayed in the left-hand
tree panel - no other objects, such as server, computers, etc. This is true
even if I exit out and relaunch the MMC.
How can I revert back to displaying all the objects in the tree?
