Whether it's there, or just misconfigured, is an important point. Does "Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (WSUS)" appear in Add/Remove Programs? Is this SBS2003 Standard Edition or Premium Edition? Is this SBS2003 SP1 or SBS2003 R2?
