WSUS 3.0 with Downstream servers "Ed Wyche" <none[ at ]none.com> 5/26/2007 3:20:38 AM I have a setup with a DC and some member server in other locations. I have the downstream server setup as a replica. How do I get the clients that are in the same location as the replica to update from that replica? The 2003-wsus-ds is my downstream server. Also I have client-side targeting on and the client is not showing up on the upstream WSUS server. If the WUA is v5.4 or earlier, it reports "SUS 1.0". If the WUA is v5.7 (pre-release) or later, it reports "WSUS 2.0" However, the logic is still valid. It occurs because it's a "WSUS 2 diagnostic" and was incapable of being aware of a "WSUS 3.0" product at the time it was written.
