Upgrade from v2 to v3 problem.

I have tried to upgrade from WSUS v2.0 to v3.0 on one of our servers. It says
it has completed with errors. There is no WSUS 3.0 installed and there is
plently of WSUS2.0 residual. Here is the WSUSSetup.log entries for the
intitial setup:

Search for the WSUS2 installer keys, beginning 6CD64 (or 6DC64), and delete
them. Also fix the permissions on your Program Files\Update Services folder -
you've got a deleted user there. Then install v3.
