Importing ver2's DB into Ver3

How do I import/merge the data that I had from ver2 into ver3. I uninstalled
ver2 to install ver3 as it would not upgrade
I am using SBS2003 I still have the MSSQL$WSUS data and the WsusContent data

The best way would simply be to upgrade-in-place.

Troubleshooting that scenario would have been a better option. For example,
did your WSUSv2 server previously have SUS 1.0 installed? That's one of the
most common issues in upgrade scenarios.

SBS 2003 =R2= or SBS 2003 =SP1=?
Did the WSUS 2.0 come from R2 technologies, or did you install WSUS 2.0 from
the installer package?
