Depends...... when did you deploy these machines. Have the clients ever updated successfully from the WSUS2onWin2000 servers before?
If so.. what did you change on those servers, or what did you change in policy?
"Unknown status" is a normal indication between the time an update is approved and the client actually executes a detection.
The key question is: Are the clients malfunctioning, or were you expecting immediate responses?
