WSUS 3.0 on WSS 3.0 server "Jackson Lee" <jlee[ at ]intermixny.com> 5/23/2007 8:13:51 PM I'd like to put WSUS 3.0 onto my WSS server but when I try setting WSUS up in my test environment it doesn't seem to be working properly. WSUS installs everything in the default directory and not in the WSS directory where it has taken port 80. Is it possible to even install WSUS onto a server with WSS on it already? If so does anybody know how I can accomplish this? TIA, Jackson

Same basic issue will impact WSS3 systems that has impacted WSUS on WSS2 systems. You need to exclude the port 80 WSUS resources from Sharepoint management, so that anonymous users can access those resources.
