This is one of the Exchange protocols. The easiest way is to select all
the users, select configure Exchange from the context menu, and disable
OWA.
The exact attribute escapes me and I don't have my test Exchange network
up, but use ADSIEdit to look a a user account and I think you'll find
the attribute name.
