Change Name Case.

email address changes have forced me to change First intial Last to first
initial last. (FTest[ at ]here.com to ftest[ at ]here.com) is there a way to do it
without having to edit each user?

The case doesn't matter except to the human eye, mail servers won't care.

Assuming you are using Exchange then...
Use ADModify, it can remove and add bulk addresses

None in reality.
However, since the guy in the corner office dictates he does not want to see
any caps in the email address, now i get to change them. New guy, New
rules....
