Hi Chris,
This is easy. Just use an account that is NOT the currently logged on user, when you create the task. Like, you could create an admin account called robot and give it a strong password, then use that to run your scheduled task.
Make sure your script or batch file / exe does NOT pop up message boxes etc. "in the background". It should write a log file for results etc.
