If I understand correctly, it sounds like you are refering to a security standard most admins use when providing public access to a termserv, specifically to prevent scripts from being ran against an RDP session. This is generaly done to prevent scripted logon attempts with random username/password's. If this is a problem for you with your script and it's not a publicly available server, you could just turn off the security warning option.
