Execute a scheduled task immediately via a batch script

It sounds weird. I know I can bring up the schedueld tasks interface
and click run to run a task.
However, I would like to do so in a batch script. Is there a way?

Assuming XP/2003, you can do this:

SCHTASKS /Run /TN "Start Backup"
