Sounds like you need a list of these groups in text file format. Then run that list through a create user script.
Well, you could use JustLDAP (justldap.com). It lists groups to a txt file and has a "createuser" function to create all those users in a script.
I think its pretty good. But I'm biased (I wrote it)! :-) Download the 30 day trial and depending on your timeframe - you may get the job done under 30 days. Gosh did I just type that!! I think I need a Tylenol :-)
