I have prepare the old one with Adprep /forestprep and after an adprep /domainprep /gpprep. When I try to had, after this, the new one as a DC controler the active directory installation tell me the forest is not converted and I must use adprep to prepare it. To be sure I have test it (rerun adprep on the 2000) the system say the forest and domain is updated. Someone have an Idea ? Thanks for your help.

So disk1 is used to make the schema ready for 2003 and with disk2 you do a second adprep to upgrade the schema for use of R2.
