Are these Windows Server 2003 DCs? (Which support Forest wide replication)
Are they a part of the same Active Directory Forest?
On the zone properties sheet, what is replication set to?
If it is All DNS servers in the Active Directory Forest <ADForest> and all DCs are in the same Forest, it sounds like it is correct.
