local network Pc's take up 5 minutes or more to hit logon screen after turned on, if If I set static IP and set the primary DNS from a remote DNS server located in other of our networks computers start booting fast as ussually,We check our local DNS server and all configuration looks OK.
Any clue, have somebody experience this before.

This is usually caused by using your ISP's DNS in TCP/IP properties. Can you post the ipconfig /all?

Try dcdiag /fix and netdiag /fix in a cmd prompt.
Post FAILs from dcdiag /v and netdiag /test:dns /v
Are you using Active Directory Integrated zones? ADI Zones should replicate to all DCs within the replication scope of the replication partition they are in. Default on Win2k3 is for the mydomain.sli to be in the MicrosoftDNS partition, which replicates to all Domain Controllers in that domain. In addition, there should also be a _msdcs.mydomain.sli zone, which replicates to all Win2k3 DCs in the Forest w/DNS installed.
