Check the zones on all Domain controllers to see what DNS replication partition they are in, keeping in mind that in Win2k3 if the zone on even one DC is in the ForestDNSZones partition, it will replicate to all Win2k3 domain controllers with DNS installed, regardless of whether the DC is in a child or sister domain.
