Give the clients in this site a connection specific DNS suffix of newberg.ent.samson.org, then check the "Use this connection's DNS suffix in DNS registration". BTW, DHCP option 015 will assign the connection DNS suffix.
Also, you will need to delegate the name newberg, in the ent.samson.org zone to the servers with the full newberg.ent.samson.org zone, so that it will be seamless throughout the enterprise.
