Can't open many PPoint 2000 Presentations in PPoint 2007
I can't open many of my older presentations in PPoint 2007. I've read the
solutions for other people's similar problems in 2003, but PPoint 2007
doesn't have a "Help" menu, so I can find how to look for updates.
Is it so difficult to make new upgrades backward compatible? Obviously, it
is. Does anyone out there know how to solve this problem?

add 50 pictures to powerpoint
Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to add around 50 pictures to a
powerpoint document without adding it for each side manually. One side
shall contain one picture. How can I do that a bit more automatically?

STRING TOGETHER POWERPOINT SHOWS
I have several PowerPoint Shows which I run on a TV which is visible to the
public.
Each show consists of approximately 20-50 10-second slides. Currently, I run
a show for approximately an hour or two (looped), manually stop it, and then
open another show which also then runs for an hour or so.

Powerpoint freezes on 2nd monitor when not active program
Hi.
We have just started using Powerpoint as an electronic bulletin board in our
shop. My computer has a second monitor attached and operating as an extension
of the desktop. I can play the powerpoint show on it fine, however when I am
using other programs on my computer, and PP is not longer the 'active'
application, the PP show on the second monitor freezes until I manually make

power point 2007 album
Will some one tell me how to get an album I have spent months on to a CD so I
can copy it for my childen and give it alway as a gift. It has 380 slides
pages and I do not want to mis-place this on this PC. I have 4 more albums
to go . It is a family thing. It is setting in the 'files to be copied to
CD' but I can not more it to a CD.

Power Point 2003 Cutting Audio in Slides.
Help please.
I have put together a presentation with audio, hoping to put it on a DVD.
Unfortunately the PPT is cutting the audio short in some slides.
I have recorded a narration for the 41 slides, set the transition to manual,
for now,
deleted the previous audio, several times and recorded new.
When I view the slide show, some of the slides cut the audio before the end.

I was recently given a PowerPoint presentation with embedded font. My own PC
does not have this font, so I am unable to edit it. I would like to change
the existing font (Helvetica Neue Std.) to ARIAL.

Power Point 2003 is cutting audio short in slides.
I have put together a presentation including audio with the aim of making a
DVD of it.
After several attempts to record a narration, some of the slides are cutting
the audio short. I have made the transition manual, I have deleted the audio,
several times and recorded new audio, but for some reason the time allowed is

action settings or hyperlinks
Any thoughts on this issue?
I was wondering what the difference is between using a hyperlink to set a
jump to a certain slide number, as opposed to using an action setting to do
the same.
Do action settings add macro use? Are hyperlinks cleaner and slimmer?

Presenter View opens minimized and window do not open
I have been using front page presenter without ant problem for years. I have
change my notebook 2 years ago. The new OS is Windows Vista Businnes. I again
continue to work as previously without any problem till this summer.
After tuning the settings for 2 screen, show setup with presenter view (

midi no longer play
In PowerPoints I created only a few weeks ago and in new ones, midi files
will no longer play. They will play separately, but not in PowerPoint.
Am wonder if some new update has affected this. Can anyone help, please?

What is the best way to print a PowerPoint poster?
I have created a PPT poster that is 36 x 26 inches and would like to have
several copies commercially printed. Here's the problem. It looks fine in
PPT, even when blown up, but nobody will print from PPT. When I convert to
pdf, the text is fine but the images pixelate out (they don't do this in

PowerPoint and webpage creation
I am saving a PowerPoint presentation as a web page, but when I try to launch
the htm document from my browser it is blocked, and I have to manually accept
to see blocked contents (scripts Active X etc). This doesn't look good omn a
public homepage.

Page Breaks in PPT slides
Hi all,
Is there any way, I can know the "page breaks" in powerpoint slides using
another programming language like C. What I want to do is:
1. Read a powerpoint file in C or C++ program.
2. Get to know where the first page ends, second page ends and so on.
3. Split the pages and make separate files of each of them with unique file
names.
Finally the result is, different powerpoint file...

Powerpoint has stopped working error message
When I close a presentation, a "Powerpoint has stopped working" message
appears.
The work is saved without problm, but PowerPoint attempts to find solution

Added sound on presentation & saved it but cant hear any music on
The presentation works well when i was still viewing the presentation (ppt.

Opening pps file with no file association

I was shown how to have a cd track play across slides. That works perfectly,
but what do i do when i want to save this as a pps and send it to someone?
Do I have to include the mp3 file as well and how will the file maintain the

hyperlink action problem
help - have set hyperlink action to 'mouse click' however cannot activate the
hyperlink unless I right click and select 'open hyperkink' ie click does not
