Product Code
I recently bought a Toshiba Satellite A100 notebook and it came with OneNote
on it, but when I try to open it it asks for the product code. As far as I
can tell, it was supposed to have come free with the laptop and I can't see a
product code in any of the documents that came with my computer....

Transfering OneNote from one PC to another
I want to remove OneNote 2003 from my desktop and use it on my laptop
The program was downloaded, not a CD.

Flash cards
I may be completely mistaken, but I thought I read somewhere that OneNote
(and I have 2003) could make flash cards for me. I'm a student taking
anatomy and wanted to test myself with muscles on one side and its
innervation on the other. Is there an easy way I can do this??? Thanks!...

How do I transfer flags between computers in OneNote?
I have a user that uses OneNote 2003 for work. He recently received a new
computer and when we were transfering files to his new one. He said that
everything copied besides the flags. What is the way get this on new
computer. Any help would be appreciated....

Template consisting of Page and Subpage
Can you create a template that not only contains the page but also the
subpages. I've tried grouping then creating the template but it only creates
the page and does not include the subpages....

Where on my pc? Can I find Microsoft Office OneNote 2003?
Purchased new pc with MO onenote 2003 on. Pd to have it instlalled..Now I
get message trial period over... order MO onenote now.... thought I did.
filled in pid on Toshiba Microsoft office OneNote 2003. where do I look to
see if the store installed it?

Can this be done? / Feature Request
When I enter text on a page, a gray box surrounds the text and allows me to
move the text around and resize etc. I would like to fill the area contained
within the box with a particular color. This would be much like you can fill
a table cell in a Word table, or a cell in Excel, with a particular color.
I don't see any way to do this with ON 2007 Beta 2. Is this possible?

Hand writing notes in ON 2003 on a tablet PC
I installed ON 2003 on my ibm x41 table pc thinking that I could use it for
note taking. Unfortunately, maybe user error, I am not able to get the notes
towork properly for me. As I write, everytime I pause ON creates a new note
on the page. This is very frustrating. Is there better way for me to use this
feature to get larger note blocks, so I can pause?...

ON 2007 Menus are gone and can't get them back
I seem to have completely lost the menus in ON 2007. I have some toolbars

Printing a note on a page
I've read other posts and it seems like the only option to print a note from
a page of a hundred notes is to copy to another program and print from there.
Did I miss something is this what is required to print a single note from a
page. Is there a set up function that I missed?
I scanned 48 pages of submittal information and needed to print four pages.

Does Outlook have to be open before "alarm" for an apptmt pops up
When I have an appointment I need to be reminded of, I fill in the necessary
information and then schedule the "alarm" to notify me 2 days ahead of
time..does outlook have to be open before the reminder pops up on the screen?
We don't usually keep outlook open so is there a place I need to mark to
have my reminders pop up on my screen even when outlook is not open?...

Formal Meeting Minutes from OneNote
Hello All,
I discovered OneNote 2003 months ago, and remain very impressed with
it. I use it to scribe meetings for our company. I have one major
hangup though - I can't find a good way to make ON produce a formal
report. It can "publish" to Word, but this is little more than an
automated copy-and-paste. Right now I end up publishing to .doc, then
doing a copy-paste for each minute into...

Convert not accepting product key
I'm trying to convert to full product from trial version, but I get an error
message saying my product key is incorrect. I know I've entered it exactly

OneNote should have 'styles' so I can set fonts (e.g. code block)
OneNote should have 'styles' so I can set fonts, sizes, italic etc.
This would be handy so I can quickly and easily select a block of text and
click the "Code" style so it is presented in Courier New for example.

how to rotate objects in onenote
I know I read that there is no capability in the 2003 version. I just can't
believe it.. Is there any trick? Is making me insane, I copy and paste from
adobe or any other text and then I cannot rotate.....
any ideas? other than waiting for the 2007 version.....

onenote stationary - organize
Does anyone know how to reorder the listing of Stationary categories in
onenote? I'd at least like to alphabetize the categories. 2nd questions -
how can you rename a category? And lastly, a 3rd question - how can you

Disable ON2007 spellcheck
Hi all,
I am using the beta of ON 2007 and i was wondering how to disable totally
the spellcheck. I disabled everything I could in the options, but still, when
I open a new page, I still have the "red waves" under words. They disapear
after a while (after I go to options to be precise) but they are annoying. I
have to write notes in different languages and I do not need the spellcheck.

E-mail cannot be sent to OneNote
When I click the onenote icon to send an email message to onenote I receive a
warning from Outlook 2003 saying "This Outlook item has restricted
permissions and cannot be sent to onenote" Even an email I send to myself
creates the same warning.

Pressure sensitivity doesn't work
Any ideas? It's enabled in Tools, Options, Pen.
I have a Electrovaya SC 2000 tablet PC. It works fine in Journal, and all
other apps.
