Norwegian version
Hi!
I've installed the Office 2003 Standard Edition - English version.
I want to show the different applications in Office in Norwegain. How
do I accomplish this?
Is it enough to install the Office 2003 Service Pack 2 for
Multilingual User Interface Pack (Norwegian) ??

Office 2007 Group Policy Problem
I have downloaded and added the Office 2007 ADM files to a new empty GPO, but
if I make any change in any of the Office Group Policy settings I get the
error:
The .adm file
"\\server\SysVol\SLS.LOCAL\Policies\{FD7077C7-0F05-4030-8C2F-CC419924811F}\adm\cpao12.adm"
is not in a valid format and must be replaced. Details: A string is expected

Problems installing 2003 proofing tools
Hi,
I'm having a hard time installing MS Office 2003 Proofing tools and have
googled for an answer a couple of days without any luck. Every time I try
and install the proofing tools it stops midway with a error message that
says that the 'installation stopped premature because of an error.' I have
installed Office 2003 with all updates.

Where do I go to start my trial version on a brand-new computer??
I have a brand new computer and Microsoft Office is not installed on it. I
downloaded the trial version of Office 2007, got my product key, but I how do
I begin using it?! There is no icon, etc. to open it. Hope this makes sense!...

MS Office 2003
Can someone please help me!
I have Windows XP (dpnt know if that's important). I am desperately
trying to install MS Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition. I had
MS Works 7.0, but I removed that in hopes of getting the cd to work.
I must be on my eighth attempt to get this to work.
Basically, everytime I install, at the very end of the installation a

2003 to 2007 mass deployment ideas
Our company is upgrading from 2003 to 2007. I'm new to this so I'm hoping
that a few of you can post some articles I can read regarding a large scale
upgrade like this. There are around 4000 computers that need to be upgraded,
whether through local policy, slip stream, or whatever. Please share your

Office 2000 silent deploy
Hi,
i'm trying to find out how to do a silent install of office 2000. i've
been given lots of tools from the resorsce kit but they seem to do the
same job as a few comand line switches. is there a way to install
office silently without it asking for the product key? please help as
it will significantly speed up my day when installing office 2000 on
50 pc's.

Lost my Office products
When I go into Start and All Products, the list does not contain any of my
Office 2003 products. It did when I originally purchased my PC and now
they're gone. It makes it very difficult to be able to use them. Plus they
are not listed on my Windows Explorer list. They are listed when I go into
my programs to add or delete. Please help...

Excel files not opening by clicking on them
Good Day,
One of my users called me with a problem which I have not seen before.
When I click on an Excel sheet that is on her desktop the program opens but
there is no data/sheet. Just a blank page.
When I try to open an attached file the program says file not found.

Outlook 2007 "Not Responding" when vista returns from sleep mode
I have a problem with Outlook 2007 Not responding when I come back from
sleep mode. If I tale the option "Let Outlook rescue the information", the
window goes into light grey mode and sits there for 3-4 minutes. If I try
and cancel the program instead it hangs. Ctrl+Alt+Del shows up as the tread
"Not responding" "End tread" option takes a few minutes to close. Even if I

Is Microsoft Office Standard 2002 compatible with Windows Vista
I have ordered a new laptop with Windows Vista Premium Edition. I am
wondering if my Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2002 will work on this
computer. I really hope it does, as I do not want to spend the extra money
to purchase this program again. It works fine on my Xp computer....

EULA - Cannot stop!
Let people know that when this keeps returning and cannot be stopped that
they can stop it by going to 'Security Centre' from Control Panel. Then going
to 'User Account Control' and turning it OFF.
Then open one of the Office programs and accept the EULA again. Exit the
application and check it by opening it again - you should find that the EULA
does not return.

Office 2003 Professional - activation problem
I have installed Office 2003 Pro which was purchased through MS Home Use but

Office 2007 Templates Location
Hi,
I have found the template URL and I am attempting to save some templates to
the following folder E:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033
thinking this is the place I should save them, so when I open up the office
wizard to pick and choose the templates I save will be there.

Why doesn't my computer recognize my thumb drive?
I just bought a thumb drive and was able to load files onto it on my laptop
at home. However, when I took it to school and tried to install the drive
onto the computer there, the computer would not recognize it. How do you get
a computer to recognize an external drive if it doesn't do it automatically?

Office Pro 2003
Hello Friends
I cannot "Repair" " Remove" or even Reinstall the Office 2003.
The system refuse telling me that some patch are lost in the Windows
Installer.
How can i solve this problem without Reinstalling the Windows XP that of
course
will give me big problems.

VISO 2003 SP2 DUTCH
Hello,
We are experiencing difficulties when installing SP2 for VISIO 2003 Dutch
language versions.
There is a KB article 833997 which should be in SP2 but does not seem to
replace the files it should replace.
Is this a known issue or are there any options for solving this issue. The
help files are not overwritten, i have tried this on Windows XP SP2 / Server
2003 R2 and Server 2003 ...

Unable to remove 2007 (Beta) ERROR: OESETUP.DLL missing/damaged
I have this "DLL Hell" situation: OESETUP.DLL is on my system but is probably
corrupted. Here is the Office 2007 Catch 22: Cannot install full commercial
version unless remove all Betas and CTPs from the system. Now, cannot remove
any Beta or CTPs because of ERROR: OESETUP.DLL missing/damaged. Someone
please help!...

Office 2003 not saving profile properly
Iam running Windows 2000 on some of our machines and upgraded them to Office
2003, when logging in as admin the packages will open fine, but when a
student logs in as a user the setup comes up and asks them to confirm their
name on the software, even though I installed it with the schools name. How
can i fix this? We don't have this problem with XP and 2003 or 2000 and
office 2000.

New trial of Office 2007 is already expired.
I have a new HP laptop running Vista. It came with a trial version of Office
2007 that would not load. Per HP, I used KB290301 to remove all components,
and downloaded a new trial. When it loaded it comes up as expired. I have
repeated the process making sure to delete all components and have had the
same result. How can I run a trial of Office 2007 on this macine?...

Outlook (Office 2000) settings transfer.
Hi all, Really stumped here. I have installed a new harddrive onto my pc and
a clean install of Vista Home Premium. This was done as XP got infected and I
felt the time was right.
The problem I now have is I need to transfer Outlook from the old drive to
the new one. I have both drives in the same pc. I have instaled office on the
