Installing Office Pro 2003
I purchased this through the Home Use Program at my work. I installed it and
everything seemed fine until today. Every time I would try to open a Word
document it would do some kind of strange "installer" thing and then not
work. So I uninstalled the whole Office 2003. But now I can't reinstall it. I
put in my key ... then it starts doing its thing. And then pops up with a box
that it co...

Office 2003 Install Question
I have a desktop running XP. I purchased a copy of Office 2003 awhile back
and it is currently installed on the desktop. I just purchased a laptop. I
would like to be able to use Office 2003 on it instead of the desktop.
However, when I tried to install I was told I could not activate it as only
one activation is allowed. At the time I did this the Office 2003 was still
on the desktop. M...

Installing MS Office 2003 on New Vista Machine
I just got a laptop with Vista as the OS. I tried to install MS
Office 2003 (I have valid licenses available still) and it gave an
error message saying the machine doesn't have Windows 97, 2000, or XP
installed and it aborted the install.
So how can I install Office 2003 on this machine? It has a preview /
trial of MS Office 2007 on it already... do I have to unistall that
first? I didn...

Trying to Uninstall Office 2007 Beta is a new low
Trying to Uninstall Office 2007 Beta is a new low. I understand I can
attempt the forty step plan to remove this, but how on earth does MS develop
a beta trial without an uninstall capability. It is beyond my comprehension!
I don't work on office for fun and don't have 4 or 5 MORE hours to play. No
product ID so I can't get "customer service". This is a bell weather moment
for my rel...

STDEDU.MSI missing, student office 2003 can not be unistalled
STDEDU.MSI
All unistallers claim this to be a file needed to uninstall Office standard
student and teacher edition 2003. Unfortunately some teacher that is no
longer with us took the disk that belonged to him/her and now even using the
so called uninstalling feature in an Office Student and Teacher edition 2003
(not the standard) the program still demands the STDEDU.MSI file and when it...

on an icon and supposedly Office will be there for up to 60 days.
So, my question is, should I activate the trial version...

Problem with Launch Tour version of Office 2007
I attended a launch tour event and got the CD to download office 2007. I

figured out that it was missing the exe extension. I added that and then was
able to install Office. In general, everything seems to be working.
However, I keep on getting e-mails from Microsoft, saying that my trial
version is about to exp...
