Office XP "ugrade" installable on New Windows Vista PC?
I bought a new computer with preinstalled Vista & Works 8.5 preloaded. I had
Office XP professional on my old computer(running Windows ME). My old
computer had come with preloaded MS Word & I ended up first buying a MSOffice
2000 Professional Upgrade & then Office XP upgrade. Have the original CD CDs
with Keys for both.

Office 2003 Student Edition Reinstall
I had to reinstall comlete PC because the MB failed and had to be replaced.
Win XP was no problem, reset the activation by phone. Office 2003SE activated
without problems, and here lies the problem. The program comes with a licence
to install it on three different computers. I believe it it just used a

Can I install Office Home 07 twice on same machine
I bought the Office Home 2007, my understanding I can install it on 3

Can't install Office 2007
I recently purchased Office Enterprise 2007. I have a Dell running XP SP2,
and am currently running Office 2003. The problem is that I can't see any
files on the DVD. It attempt to read the disk but gives me no error -
doesn't identify the disc either. The drive does read CDs with no problem.

Activation error message for Office 2007
Every time I try to activate my trial version via the internet, I get an
error message that says "a communication error has occurred. Your request
cannot be processed at this time. Please try again in a few minutes" Well I
have tried again---and again-----and again! And I still get the same
message! HELP PLEASE!!!
Also I do not have a disc so please do not suggest I uninstall and
reinstall...

does anyone have a copy of ms office 2007 for xp?
I had to uninstall the old version but then i could not locate a copy of

Can't Restore Outlook
I followed all the steps to backup Outlook and saved it to a backup drive.
Now I want to copy that info onto my new C drive. I try both the Import
function and the File>Open>Outlook Data File method and both ways do not
work. I get a message saying "Access denied. You do not have permission to
access that file." Huh? If I don't then who does? Please grant me

Need professional advice on installing Office 2007
I recently purchased a Toshiba laptop that had trials of Office 2007 student

Need help before moving to Office Pro 2007
I have office 2003 professional installed on my XP desktop. I want to backup

I uninstalled my Genuine Microsoft Office 2003 from my laptop computer
because it is dying a slow death and I finally broke down and bought a new

At last, I am once again 100% compatible with the rest of my applications
and co-workers. My PDA talks to Outlook, my phone talks to Outlook, all my
Adobe apps talk to the rest of Office and I can click an create an Adobe
Acrobat 8.x PDF from any piece of Office Suite.
Why wouldn't all these things work with Office 2007? Money!

x64 version of Office 2007 Standard??
Did I miss something? When I installed Office Pro Plus from my MSDN it
installed the x64 version on my Vista box.
Not that I'm ready to fire up my x64 version of my Win2003 Terminal Server
and using my copy of 2007 Standard it wants to install x86?
Is there a Special x64 CD for office 2007 standard? Is it a special order
from MS Open Licensing? Install Switch?

CTRL+F1 doesn't start taskpane.
When I press CTRL+F1, which should be a shortcut to the taskpane I get WinDVD
opening. I know this happens with my Word and Excel but don't know if it
would happen with other Office progs as I don't often use them.
Any advise would be gratefully received.

Huge Warning
Ok, this is pretty messed up. If you're tired of having your
c:\windows\installer directory fill up with over 7gig of files like I was you
start looking into this and find out and are told over and over the ONLY safe
way to delete files or to clean this up is to use the Microsoft Installer
