Styles / TOC W2003
Word 2003, Windows 2000 Professional. Familiar with Word but not Styles.
I had 6 WordPerfect documents, 50 pages long with a 2 page TOC, direct
formatting (not using styles). Opened in WP, “saved as†Word 2000 about 2
years ago with some cursory changes. We have since gone to Word 2003 and now
need to work on these files. Been reading Help&How to / Tutorials on Styles
as I believe...

Feel a little bit stupid asking this, but does anybody know how I can change
the Equation Editor font from Cambria Math?? It never used to be this

Create Multiple Forms from Check Boxes
I have about 50 forms that I would like to integrate into one word doc.
Basically, I want my employees to be able to open one file and the first page
is 50 check boxes each corresponding to a form that would be created in the
subsequent pages if checked.

Moving data from one window to another
I need to have two windows open on the desktop. In window #1, I open a Word
document. In window #2, I start a new Wordpad document. Then I transfer
selected words and phrases from window #1 to window #2. Here's how I do it
now:
- mouse click in window #1 (the Word document)

How to make all pictures and graphs visible in PDF?
Hello,
I convert some word documents from word to PDF. Everything is fine except I
do not have (or can not see) any pictures, graphs, backgrounds, etc. in PDF
version although I had all them in word version.
Is there any option or way to make them visible in PDF?

Cross references
I am working on a 44 page CV. The original author started number journals
from 1 - 39 (ie. J1 is the most current journal and J39 is the first journal
published). I need to renumber the journals (J39 is the most current and J1
the first journal published). How do I do this and do the cross references
update automatically?

Style Change Won't "Stick"
I use Office 2007, and understand that the email editor is based on
Word although without all of the features. What I want to do is to
have my responses to emails have 3.5 points of space after each
paragraph (instead of having to hit "enter" twice). So I created a

How to reteive lost document?

In create envelopes I do not have an insert address icon.

Endnote font -- Word 2003
How do I set the superscript font for all my chapter endnotes? Some of my
endnotes are in a large regular font and some are superscript. When I select
one and go to the styles pane, I get 'endnote reference' in the top selected

How do I work alternately on 2 different docs side by side...

Please can some kind soul tell me how to work alternately on 2 different
docs, side by side on screen ... i.e. switching between them ? Or, can

Status Bar in Word 2007
To customize the status bar in Word 2007, you right click on it and
choose the options you want. Simple enough. However, one of the
options I have chosen, "Spelling and Grammar Check," does not appear

Converting text with links to" simple html"
I am fairly sure that 1) this group doesn't deal with html--it deals with
converting text so that it can be read in Word.

single page view
I am using Word 2003 on Windows XP. I recently bought a larger LCD monitor
and have more screen space. Word now wants to display Page Layout View as
side by side pages. I prefer the single page view. I can get it to go to
single page if I increase the Zoom but I prefer the Zoom set rather low.
How do I force Word to a single page view even if I have the Zoom set low??

Forgotton pass word--Duh!
Word 2007, daughter at work has not used this document for about 2 months,
somehow cannot remember the PW. We have been trying all known PW's etc for
the last week, still not luck. Googled for same, found some programs that
will find the PW if its not longer than 3 characters, program said they
found the PW > 3 characters, but want $$, still not a guaranteed a result.
