Mail merge problems in Word 2007
Has anyone else had problems doing mail merge in Word 2007? I tried to
connect to a query in a .accdb database but when the list of queries came up
the particular query I wanted wasn't listed. When I open the database the
query runs fine but if I try merging from that query using the option
available in Access 2007 the resulting data appears corrupted when I get to

If -Then-Else Statements in Word 2003
I have been reading all the posts regarding the use of Word Fields to
skip a field if the data is blank but I'm still having problems.
I have two Mergefields on the same line <<County>> and <<PostCode>>.
In some cases, like sending a letter to Australia, the County field is
blank but the PostCode field contains data but when I merge the data,
the whole line is blank...

Using excel in a merge
I have created a mail merge using excel as the database.
Every time I run the merge the numbers appear with lots of decimal places no
matter which number format I use in excel.
I tried just copying the numbers in to word & then recopying them back to
excel.
They appeared with all the decimal places so it must be word that is the
problem.
What can I do?

How do I perform a mail merge into a table?
What I'd like to do is mail merge from my data source into a Word table.
So, in order to put more than one record on a page, I use the NEXT field
code on each new row. The problem with this is that if I have 20 rows per
page and, say, use only 15, there are now 5 blank, but outlined rows in my
output document. It would of course be easy to remove these rows, but the
entire merge process w...

Mailmerge Invert columns for flashcards
I've finaly figured out an effecient way to make flashcards except one

In an excel file I have two columns, one for each side of the flash card. I
then do a mail merge with a small size label ie. name badge (2.1" by 3.5")
which creates 8 boxes per page. The merge fills each box with an entry from a
specefied column in the excel file. Now the fronts of the flashcards are

of which are contained in "if statements" and when the document merges my

Is there any way that I can use cross referencing in a mail merge document
