Maintaining Formatting between Excel and Word
I have data in Excel 2007 that is set to automatically round to two decimal places and maintain currency formatting, but when I merge it into Word 2007, that formatting is lost. Can I build a form that can be completed using a letter merge?
I would like to put together a form where a letter merge can be used to complete the fields. The main problem is that I would like to lock down the remainder of the conmtent so users cannot change it. I need to use the letter merge because often times users need to fill out the forms for 20+ people at a time....

MailMergeBeforeMerge Event bug
As of Word 2003 SP2, the MailMergeBeforeMerge Event doesn't appear to be triggered when MailMerging from the toolbar. Apparently, it doesn't get triggered via automation either. It only gets triggered via the Task Pane. Mail merge 2000, 2003 difference...

printing envelopes
I have a large document of 500 contacts culled from 3000. They were not grouped in Outlook unfortunately, and the document was originally created as a label merge. Is there any way I can then use that document to print envelopes? I am trying to avoid having to go back through Outlook. I hope I explained that right. It's doubtful....

I am trying to create a label that catalogs student information. I want to go to the next record if the ID number changes. First line I have and ID number, Last name and First name.
