ODBC Error - System Resources Exceeded
I have a routine in VBA which assembles a master document from a number of
subdocuments each of which uses a mail-merge to update information before
being copied to the main document. All has been going weell, but now it is
stopping with the above message at around 250 (?256) sub-documents. Currently
I have a need for this to hold out up to around 350. Any thoughts. Also Any

Hello all,
I have an Access Database that I use as my data source. I have forms with a
list of all the Word Documents that the user can view/print. My question is
this . . . . is there a way I can open the Word Document and change the
name of the document. For Example the user is working on a file, lets say
for Company X and they want to print out LetterX.doc, so when they open
Letter...

Mail Merge Label Macro w/Russian Text
I am currently creating part identification labels in Word by pulling
information from various Excel spreadsheets via mail merge. I have managed
to automate this with a macro with the exception of one problem:
I have used the vrtSelectedItem command to prompt the user for an excel
sheet to make labels from. This works well until you encounter a spreadsheet
containing Russian text. Th...

Mail Merge 2003 formating
When merging an Excel spreadsheet to a word document there are columns that
replace the Alpha letter of K to a zero. The first column works but 2 others
do not? Numbers work in these columns but the Alpha letters do not? Format
is set to general just as it is in the first column.
If I place an additional line at the top of the Excel sheet and put a Alpha
Letter in the first line then it...

Avery 4013 Labels on Dot Matrix Printer
I have a problem that concerns Avery labels #4013 & a dot matrix printer
In an older version of Word (98 I believe) it was a relatively simple
process to print labels on a dot matrix printer and choose the Avery label
#4013 to do so. I just got this new version of Word - 2007 on this brand new
pc and cannot figure out how exactly to go about doing the same thing.
Does anyone have any ...

Re: Setting up Data Source
I am trying to create a directory... so I set up how I want it to look in
Word, then created a Mail Merge database. When I go to merge the db with the
document (the directory I created), the data is successfully entered into the
fields I want, but it's like Word does not recognize my last «Next Record»
and just sort of merges one field of info with the next at the bottom of the
page. ...

Extacting data from word document
I am using MS word 2007. I write a huge number of letters with different
reference No. and subjects (these fields are in text format). I would
like to extract this data from every document saved on the computer and
make a database of it in access or excel or even word, which ever is
simple and possible. How do I go about it? It is like the opposite of
mail merge!

Hidden merge fields not showing up
I'm generating correspondence in Word 2003 using a template that grabs data
from an Access database. The letter will be addressed to a superintendent,
but a copy of the letter will also be sent to a district coordinator. It is
easy enough to print an envelope for the superintendent, but sometimes the
district coordinator has a different address then the superintendent, so I
was wanting...

been able to merge the list (it runs to about 13-14 pages when the merge
works). What do I need to do? ...

MailMerge from Access to Word 2003

problem that I am having with is, I am using VBA to do a mailmerge

document. This feature works on most ...
