Excel data into an Office calendar format?
I am working on our district calendar and we are trying to combine multiple
use calendars using the same database. I have always created a printed
calendar with lovely pictures for parents' use. Now that I have all this
calendar data in an Excel spreadsheet needed for the other uses, I am
troubled trying to come up with a way to use this data (without retyping it
all) in a format that ...

How do you merge a document with several records on one page?
Using Microsoft Office Word 2003 and Excel 2003, I am trying to create labels
in Word with only one field, but several records from Excel. When I merge, I
am only given the option to have one record per page. Which won't work with
several labels on each page. I have done this previously, but don't remember
how, but know it can be done. I beleive I used a "next record" command, but

Truncating in Mail Merge
Hi All,
I'd like to print just the last 4 numbers of an account number in a mail
merge letter (front fill the rest with asterisks). It seems like it should be
just as simple as the RIGHT function in Excel but by necessity my source
document has be a CSV text document so the function has to take place in
Word. Is this possible?
Thanks so much!

word could not finish merging
Hello,
I'm merging about 600 records and it stops merging everytime at record 446.
I've looked through the document and there doesn't seem to be anything
different about it.
I then went to my data source and deleted record 1-445 and then try to merge
the remainder but it won't even look at the data source.
Help! :)
THANKS!!...

mail merge missing records
Hi,
I decided to post my question again. Hopefully more clear on what's going on.
I have a data document and I see all of my records.
I go to merge it and if I select edit data there is only one record showing
up.
I am doing the same process I did on a similar list with no problems....

Mail merge: Can I limit how many emails are sent in a given time f
I am using Word 2003's mail merge to send personalized emails to a couple
hundred customers. However, my ISP limits the number of emails I can send to
about 20 per 5 minutes before they start getting stopped. I have to do this
quite often, so manually reducing my email list to under twenty and sending
them out every five minutes is not really an option.
Any suggestions would be greatly...

URGENT! How to merge jpgs with an excel list into a name badge
Hi,
I've tried to find the answer here - but havent seen exactly what I
need. Is there a way to merge pictures and text (from excel) into a

containing name and company into the Avery label - but I can't figure
out how to "pretty up" the badge with my company logo/event name and
an additional jpg. Is there some simple m...

Automating mail merge
Hi!
I apologize if this has been addressed before, but I couldn't find it.
I have a directory with 216 .xls files. Each of these files needs to be
merged with the same word mail merge document and the output named the same
name as the .xls file just with a different extension [.doc].
I have tried [and failed miserably] to write this in vb.
Any help would be appreciated.

However when I merge the datasource in Word and insert the date field it
