Mail Merge from Excel for Envelopes only
i created a mail merge from excel data to a custom word document that is 7.25"w x 5.25"h, the size of my envelope. Data came over fine. Everything looks fine on the preview. how fix labels merged from excel so name is first and not address
After I setup mail merge to print labels from excel, print preview shows the street addreas before the name even after I double-check the address match so please can someone tell me how to fix this and how to get all pages of labels printed at the same time - not just the first 30 which is the number of labels on each page. Rename Header for tables generated using Database field

Word FORM Date and text field is removed when document is merged

Blank records are crashing my mail merge.

Keep excel format in mail merge 2007
I need to keep the formatting from excel where each number may have a different number of decimal points and or currency symbol, so field switches are not helpful, at least not the ones I've come across. I have tried using the confirm file format conversion on open, as suggested by microsoft. This does not work if you have multiple worksheets, it only picks the first one. Any ideas?...

Incomplete Mail Merge
I have an Excel database to be merged into Word 2007 for labels. The first time I did the labels, there were over 1000 and all merged just fine. If I try and use my email contacts as Data Source, then I seem to be only able to include data from the Contacts File in the merged mail. I need to include other data (currently in Excel).
