Stop Ask fields when previewing prints
Whenever I go to Print preview, the ASK fileds I have set up on my template
keep prompting me to check and OK the content. I'm using them to insert
headers on manuals that include up to 20 chapters - I therefore have to OK
all of the 20 dialogue boxes when I either go to print preview, or come out
of preview.
Is there a way I can turn this off? Have checked the Tools, Options and

SWF in mail merge
Well, I did a mail merge with photos by using the 'includepicture' field with
the 'if' field inside.
I'd like to do a mail merge with swf (if <<field>> = "Test" X Y) where on X
and Y I would put two Flash ActiveX objects, but when I merge to a file, the
flash object (or the result of the whole if field) becomes a static picture.
Why does it happen?
Resuming, I'd like to do ...

x picture item rounding
Hello All,
I'm using the x picture item to the display the last 4 digits of my field
which is a 16 digit number. The documentation says "Drops digits to the left
of the "x" placeholder. If the placeholder is to the right of the decimal
point, Word rounds the result to that place."
Word is rounding my number even though there is no decimal. Is this because
the number is so large? If I ...

Save results of mail merge as individual files
MS Office 2003, Win XP
I've set up a mail merge document that works fine. I now want to save

However the only output options I seem to have are to to print the

Suppress error messages when merging in batch
We do merge in Word through a batch job. This is fine unless there is
an error, for example one of the records in the data file is
incomplete. Then the merge hangs. If such a merge were run online

mode there is no way to acknowledge it. Is there any way to avoid the
hanging and instead have Word exit and return an error...
