merging fields from Outlook Contacts
Hi-
My dev group has developed and addin for Outlook 07 that enables Outlook
'Contact'
fields to be merged into MS Word 07 templates. The addin works fine however
Word seems to be including a leading space for the second line in the
Outlook Contact BusinessAddress field.
This is an example of how the fields are setup in the Word Template:

Watermark in mail merged labels
I'm in Word 2007, and need to generate hundreds of name badge labels.
I'd like to use a picture as a watermark on each label, and place the
bookmarks for the mail merge on top of the watermark.
So far, I've only been able to place the watermark on the entire page, but
not on each of the lables. The template I'm using is Avery 5392, 4" X 3"
label inserts, 2X6 on the page.

Mail Merge with Labels
I have a custom made label that I am trying to merge with fields from an
Excel file. When Word 2007 asks me the label size, I don't know what to
choose from the list because my custom label is not listed of course. If I
skip the listed label sizes, Word does not recognize the merge as a label
merge - it shows it as a letter merge. If I pick any type of size, then Word

Initial zeros in zip codes getting dropped in Word mail merges
I'm doing mail merges in Word, using an Excel spreadsheet for the mailing
list. The zip code column in the spreadsheet is defined as zip code data and
the cells display the initial zero correctly (e.g., Natick, Mass. is 01760).
But in the mail merges, the zero gets dropped and the return address on the
letter prints as 1760. How can I make the initial zero print?
Along similar lines,...

Add additional field delimiter choices when merging a text file.

paragraphs that could use any of the default field delimiters. Can one
expand or change this list of default field delimiters? Is so, how? If not,
any suggested work arounds?
We cannot merge from Excel or Access because the data contain more fields
than they can handle, i.e., > 255.
