Getting Read or Delivery Receipts When Merging from Word to Outloo
We are currently using a third-party mass e-mailing program to contact our
exhibitors to remind them of deadlines, etc. It does a good job of tracking,
but we have a problem with the mail program saying they are delivered, but
the exhibitors saying they never got them. I realize that there is a
difference between never got them and "never got them," but we were thinking
of using a Word...

Query a merge document
I am using Word 2003.
I created a merge file to print file labels. Of course I have several
hundred records in the file. Since I need to re-print these labels annually,
I added fields for 2008, 2009 and 2010. In order to try to sort records, I
want to be able to put a check or "yes" in the year field for the records I
want to print that year. Because we may not want to print all of th...

Mailmerge Toolbar Find Entry
Hello,
We merge Access data into Word 2003 documents a lot. The Find Entry box
used to "remember" the last field used in the "Look in: This Field:" box.
For some reason it now seems to show a random field. Since we most often
search for the correct record by using the same identifying field, we would
like to go back to having the Find Entry box remember the last field used.
Any su...

Directory - Can a field be limited by size or number of characters
I'm creating a glossary, merging from Excel into Word 2002. The merge itself
is fine, but cuts off the definition if it's too long - the final merged
