Outlook 2007 not getting new emails
I have a user who Is able to open there Outlook and new mail will be there.
During the day Outlook will not bring in new mail. She has to manually go to
Send/Receive before any new mail will come in. We are using Outlook 2007,
Exchange server 20007. Her settings all seem to be the same as everyone
else. We are working in cached mode. Her folders will not update. It will
say Folder...

If statement - delete line
I have a document that contains merge codes that fill in with state tax
information.: <<TAX_PERCENT_2>> <<TAX_DESC_2>> {IF {MERGEFIELD RISK_STATE} =
"KY" "plus collection fees" ""} <<TAX_AMOUNT_2>>. Now there will be some

mailmerge labels x2
Moved from office97(Pro) to office2007(trial v.). Copied outlook.pst to
desktop, uninstalled Off.97,downloaded Off.2007 and installed without reboot.
All seemed well.
Trying to use labels but whether from the wizard or from selection on the
ribbon, select recipients from Contacts gives"unable to obtain tables from
data source".What do I do next?

Merging Excel data into Word doc from 2 sections of the same colum
I have a Word document that is laid out in table form. I then import the
information from Excel into the table. (this is easy)
The table was small enough that I was able to place two on the same A4 page
and have one record printing after another.... (saving paper) (Also easy)
When I cut the pages in half and sort the documents alphabetically to create
one pile (with 140 client docs)...

Word 2007 - Mail Merge Font Size Issue
I have a Word merge file with merge fields from an Excel file. both thee
word file and the excel file are using the save font/size Candara 11. Below

How do I get mail merge to work in Office 2007. Is there a bug?
I've been trying to make labels using Office 2007 using an Excel 2007 mail
list but when I preview the labels, only the first 3 and last two labels on a
sheet are shown. Is there a bug in this program? I tried to download any
Office 2007 updates but I get a message saying my pc is up to date. I'm using
Vista Home Premium. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Run 2 Merges Into 1 Document
I'm wondering if it's possible to run 2 merges from 2 worksheets into 1
document. Scenario: have 1 document in which 2 worksheets of information must

labels in word 2007
When I create a file label sheet in word, and then save it, the lines go
away. I tried selecting "show grid lines" but what I get looks like graph
paper and not labels. I have also tried saving it as a template, but still
no lines when I open it. In office 03 I was able to have a blank file label
sheet which was very handy and fast when needing to set up a file. Can you
help?...

Mailmerge coding
I have a mail merge that has information merged from an access database. I
have my coding to be

Mailmerge gets "PCL XL error" on HP Laserjet P4014n
Word 2003. I print "current record" from mail merge to be sure the letter is
correctly formatted. Making no changes, I print "current record" again - and
get PCL XL error

Word Fields (Rules) without Mail Merge
I'm using 2007. In 2003 I was able to set up an "ASK" field in a document
without mail merge. It doesn't appear to be available in 2007 without
setting up a mail merge.
This is a simple document that I save as a template. I want it to stop and
ask me for the variable information then continue.
Any suggestions? and thank you in advance...

Outlook 2003 Mail Merge - dead buttons
When I run the mail merge from Outlook, after I go through the merge dialog
box (specifying the contacts, document file, data file, merge options, etc.)

Mailmerge label adds Style Left: 0.07" Right: 0.07" Before: 5.55
I am having a problem with all labels that I try to create through a
mailmerge in Word 2007. The labels work fine alone but if I use mailmerge to
generate labels a paragraph style automatically gets used that includes
Spacing Before: 5.55 pt. This extra spacing forces lines off the labels. I
can't seem to locate the style and be able to modify it. Has anyone else

Have letters to send out but some addresses include unit number / letter
combinations that appear as zeroes in merged docs - tried various "solutions"
and some partially work, but have letter named units, number / letter

creating continuous numbered list from mail merge
My organization has a database that stores template forms in Word, where we
can export info from the database as needed into these Word docs. The Word
documents need to be formatted as numbered lists, but I cannot figure out how
to export them into one continuous list that is numbered consecutively. As it
stands there is only one entry per page, with each page starting over as
number 1.

Missing label template - troubleshooting (Word 2007)
I have an English (U.S. standard) user whose Label Vendor defaults to Avery
A4/A5 in Word 2007. When she chooses Avery US and tries to find the Avery
label number 5160, there is no such number. The number does exist however in
Avery A4/A5, but it is the wrong number of labels across. Mine is not set up
like hers.
