IncludePicture problem
Hi,
I am trying to use includepicture to merge pictures.
This is the field that is not merging correctly:
{ IncludePicture "C:\\otw\\{ MERGEFIELD ProductPhotoReceived }" \d }
When I merge to a new document, and then do Ctrl+A and F9 I get empty
picture objects in the word document.
I have played around with the fields, and have put the following

Endless 'Mail Merge' entries under Tools drop-down
This followed me when I transferred files from an old to a new computer.
It's like a bad odor you can't get away from! Before I used IntelliMover to
get the files over, the new computer's Word app was normal. Now (like on my
old computer) when I go to Tools drop-down, there's an amazingly long string
of 'Mail Merge' entries. I don't think it is really causing any problems,
but who kn...

Why do I get "A field caluclation error occured in record N"?
I'm just doing a simple mail merge in Word 2003. The data source is an excel

mail merge-email with attachments
I have a macro that merges data from a worksheet onto a document and then to
the printer. Instead of going to the printer, it now needs to be emailed. So
I inserted the addresses into the worksheet and added a mergefield on the
documents. The only problem is that first of all I can't get the code right
and secondly I want to be able to attach other misc. documents to the email
before it ...

I am trying to pull a picture stored in access and insert it in my doccument.
Each house we visit has its own info and picture that I merge to a form

How do I format mail merge fields?
I am using Excel & Word 2003. I have tried to format the merge fields in my
document without success. For example, I want the date to read 1 December
2007. After I press Alt+F9, my 'date' field is as follows : { MERGEFIELD
"Date1" } so I changed it to read { MERGEFIELD "Date1" \@ "d mmmm yyy"} - but
when I hit Alt+F9 again it doesn't change the format. What am I doing wrong?...

Create New Recipient List: Form vs. Grid
Good morning -
We recently upgraded our office to Office 2007. So far, so good - but
for one thing. We use mail merge for a number of customer letters. In
previous versions of Word, we could tell it we wanted to create a new
list of recipients, and it would display a data form displaying all
the data fields that needed to be filled in for that particular
letter. With the new version, it de...
