outlook 2007 mail merge
when I try to use mail merge from outlook 2007 to word 2007 I get this error
message "MAPI FOLDER OR ADDRESS BOOK NOT FOUNDâ€
Any suggestions would be appreciated....

I am getting the following error while creating - Directory mail merge main
document - in Word 2007: "Mail merge cannot be completed as becasue the
document does not contain mail merge fields"
I have used a 2 column "Directory Source.xls" as my data source and also

Merge Fields won't populate after Datasource change
If this post should be in a different forum, please let me know. I'm trying
to run a Word 2003 Mailmerge to a mailing label template. I've set up the
Mailing label mailmerge and my datasource is a stored query in an Access

Act uses Either Act WP or Word . They are supposed to drop down when you

Desire for non repeated text

If "Yes" then "Yes or round as percentage
I am trying to import data from Excel into a Word document via mail merge.
All data in Excel is derived via a formula. One field <<Target>> is giving
me trouble because is may be a percentage e.g.98.5%, a Yes/No. or Null. I
have tried If Then and nothing seems to work to get the results I need.

I have formatted my excel spreadsheet with highlighting and text color.

Problems with Mail merge with attachment
Hi,
I am trying to send individual emails with individual attachments. I have

Extra space in "Name" field when merged
When I merge data into the 'name' field, the first line of the address block,
there is an extra space in front of the name. The merge is coming from Excel
and i have checked the formatting for the cells and it all appears

I Office 2003 var det muligt at bruge Word som e-mail editor. Der var en
knap, så man fik til, copy osv. frem. I 2007 versionen kan man tilsyneladende
kun sende et word dokument som vedhäftet fil. Og den der med copy/paste kan
da bruges, men er jo ikke ligefrem noget fremskridt....

is there anyway to include the last # of a record on a label?

When using Mail Merge to Email, how can you attach documents?
I am using Office 2003 and pretty well versed in Mail Merge to Outlook... but
I can't figure or find a way to add attachments to the letter. I need to
send the word document as HTML email with 2 other Word documents as
attchments....

multple pages of labels won't print from mailmerge via excel data
I am trying to create mailing labels from Excel data.
Defined name for list of addresses. This should be about 3 pages of labels.
But after going thru the mail merge wizard it will only create a single
page of labels. Everything works perfectly except it only pulls one page of
source data from the excel database, even tho I have defined much more data?...

Merge Excel/Word 2007, getting 12:00AM in merge which is NOT in ex

I am merging data from excel into a word document. I am getting data in
word that is showing "12:00AM", however, there is data in the excel sheet and
it is NOT a date and it is not blank - it is part of an address line, such as
"Deliver to Front Desk" or any kinds of words, but definately not a date and
not blank.
I have tried re-typing the data in excel, I have even put a " ' " ...

Update All Labels results in skipped labels
I've reviewed and followed the posts suggestions on this issue but still only
the first and last rows of labels to display records. I'm using Word 2003. I
created a clean spread sheet of only 17 rows . There are no long addresses.
When I complete Select Your Data Source the first label is blank and all
others display <<Next Record>>. Then I select Arrange Labels > Match Fie...

Mail Merge - If statement
Hi
I have a mail merge letter to send to potential clients.
Some of the data in one merge field (<<Contact Name>>) is 'No Contact'. I
want to set a rule in the mail merge template that says when the data 'No
Contact' is merged it is replaced with 'The Manager'. Is there a way of doing
this?

I have a mail merge document that works fine except a couple of the field are
a percentage field , in excel i have formated it to 2 decimal points but wen
it merges to work, it show the whole number which is about 15 digits
any idea how to make it just the tow. is ok in excel but not in word...

Using AND in a field code
I'm trying to use field codes, and distilled down to a test case with a
formula embedded in the first IF expression:
{IF {=AND(1<2,1<3)} = 1 "OK" "BAD"}
Looks simple enough - but I can't get this to display 'OK' - even when I
update the field. I did see it work - but now it's gone again. Seems utterly
unreliable. Is this a bug and is there a fix?...

I have 981 names that I am merging from Excel into MSWord to create labels
for our mailing. Everything says it has merged but only the first 30 names
on the list will print...does anyone know where the other 600+ names are? I

Numeric Formate
Hi,
I want to display numeric numbers without spaces:
e.g.
1) if Price < 1000, e.g. 12.3, then it is displayed as "12.3"
2) if Price >= 1000, e.g. 10003, it is displayed as "10,003"
However, if I format is as : {Price \# ,##0.0}
1) will be displayed with spaces. e.g " 12.3"
