What is my file reformatted in another computer?
I have a long document (172pages) in which I defined some of my own styles such as 'Body' (24pt line spacing). However, on my boss' laptop, the line spacing is changed to single space; other headings have been changed too. We both use Windows XP sp2 and Microsoft Office 2003. My file reads all right on other computers. Can anyone suggest some way to solve this problem? What could be the ...

I use two text boxes inside the drawing canvas. As soon as I type letters in either of the boxes the other box is filled with the same letter (the same is valid for deleting). Word XP decreasing decmials in calc
Not sure if this is the right group. In Word XP (SP3 - latest securty, W-XP SP2, 1.4GHz, Latitude D600), I've mailmerged somce values from Access XP. Can mail merge data source be relative?
I have an MS-Word "Address List" file with a table having the typical address fields. A number of MS-Word mail-merge documents refer to the Address List file. They're all in the same folder as the Address List. From time to time, I rename or move or copy the folder. I'd like the mail- merge documents to continue using the Address list in their folder, but Word seems to use an absolute...

For an example of what I'm talking about, look at this document: http://hdr.undp.org/reports/global/2005/pdf/HDR05_chapter_5.pdf on page 158 (11), look at Box 5.3. I will probably have 20 boxes in the document overall. ...
