Turn off reading layout when opening attachments
I'm trying to find out how to change a setting in word. I want to stop
attachments from automatically opening in reading layout. I found the below
instructions, but I don't know what the Office button is or where to find it.
Does anyone know where this mysterious button is, or another way to change
this?

Mail Merge - How to duplicate each individual records x 15
I need my Mail Merge to print out each individuals name 15 times before

Word Help
If I click '?' I get the main menu, and if I then double click an item on
that menu, it goes faint, the circle starts revolving and, at the top after
'Word help' appears '(Not responding)' and nothing further happens. How can I
cure this?

intermezzo page
Hello everybody,
I'm trying to create an intermezzo page in a word document. Meaning that I
want a page with a separate text, while the running text from the previous
page continues fluently on the next page.
I tried to accomplish this by making a text box that spans a whole page, but
(1) this gets messy, and (2) Word insist on keeping at least one line of

Remove Office 2007 templates?
Hi
I couldn't find any answer to a similar question in the forum.
I have a customer who wants an Office 2007 installation without any
Microsoft templates whatsoever installed, i.e. they only want to use their
own custom templates. It should not be possible to choose a Microsoft
template.
Is it possible to install Office 2007 without the ability for the user to

I have Word 2007, however if I choose to save as 97 to 2003, tos end to
people with these versions, I cannot open them from my folders, it says this
is not a valid Win32 applicationso I am having to save in both 2007 and 97/03

pages and endnotes
I have a large problem. I am currently copyediting a book in Word 2003. The
editor wants the endnotes to begin from one at the beginning of each chapter.
Unfortunately, he also wants the pages numbered in sequence. I have tried
using 'section' breaks, but although these give the right numbers for the
endnotes, I can't work out how to then number the pages continuously rather

Process shared between word and outlook ?
Hi,
Do you know if there is a process shared between outlook and word 2003 ?
I developed a code that insert xml document file. That's a Loop for more
than 100 files.
During the loop, I want to open Outlook, and I can't.

AutoCorrect lists
How do I copy my Autocorrect lists (various languages) from one computer to

Cross-Reference to inside a Table
I am making a form and cross referencing is working fine for me except to
fields within a table. I have to right click and click "update field" for it
to work.
Why is Word auto updating everywhere else in the document except within the
tables? How can I fix this?

Page # Fields Not Updating (when they are in body of doc vs Header
Aside from having fields update before printing, how can the page # fields
update when they are used in the body of a document. For example, if you use
Page X of Y, and you have multiple pages, the #'s do not update if the fields
are used outside of the header/footer. I know you can use F9 to manually
update, but how can I get them to auto update as they do in the header/footer?...
