ActiveX List Box -
Hi
I am creating a form, where I would like to have a list box with three
options in it. Red, Amber and Green. I would also like to be able to set
the list box so that when the user chooses one of the options the colour also
appears. I.e. choose Red, the box turns red. I presume I need to use an
ActiveX List Box, and I can insert one, but have no idea on how to use Visual
Basic Ed...

Multiple Forms from Checkboxes
Is there a way to store multiple forms within one word doc? I have about 50
forms that I want to integrate into one file so that when one of my employees
open the file the first page is a bunch of check boxes that when clicked
create that form in the subsequent pages.
A perk would be that if an employee checks the box, the box and form field

How to make ink pen markings stick with the text when it moves?
I have a tablet and like to review my documents with the pen in Word. I will
circle words or sections and write comments in the margin and even directly
on the text..
The problems is when I add or remove lines above the marked section, the pen
markings and the text move independently and I lose the context of my changes
or remarks.

How do I remove colored highlighting using a keystroke combination
I can't find any keystroke combination that applies or removes colored
highlighting (yellow, green, pink etc.). I have to select text, then click
the Highlight toolbar icon to turn it on and off. CTRL+Space doesn't work to
remove highlighted text - the highlighting remains, and I can't find any
keystroke combination in the standard Tools > Customize window (in fact,

endnotes 2007
Greetings (*_*)
I am doing a course in Word 2007 and stuck on the exercise on endnotes.
Instructions say to position cursor where I want the endnote to refer to
then click the 'Insert Endnote' button.
When I do this I jump to the end of the document - no endnote number is
inserted.
When I scroll back to the place the endnote was to refer to - the whole

Mail Merge & Excel
I have an excel spreadsheet with several columns of info. Name (Current
Resident), Address1 (Street #), Address 2 (Condo #), Address 3 (Street Name),
City, State, Zip are the column headings. The parenthesis are what the info

Print PowerPoint to Word (2007) in 2-slides-per-page Format
I need to print PowerPoint 2007 slides to Word 2007 in 2-slides-per-page
handout format. Most of the other formats are available for this function,
but not this one. The only way I have found to do it within Office is
printing to OneNote from PowerPoint, then importing into Word.

Word 2003: Changing the increase/decrease rate of the indent icon?
Hi. I have just moved from Word 2000 to Word 2003.
What I am trying to do is to increase or decrease indent by 0.25 inch
everytime I click on the the "increase indent" icon or the "decrease indent"
icon. Currently, the indent increases or decreases 1/6 inch.
When I was using Word 2000, I could do it by changing default tab stop

Track Changes - Make Permanent
I get documents that have the appearance that the changes are tracked,
however, there is no accept or reject change option, and the changes are
actually hard formatted text - color, strike through, etc. Is there a way to

WordArt will not print in Word 2007 with Vista
WordArt and text boxes will not print. They show in print preview, but will
not print. I have checked "Show drawings and text boxes" in Display and in

Cannot Update Compatibility from 97 to 2003
I have a Word doc that has footer issues, in order to resolve them I updated
the Tools > Options > Compatibility from 97 to 2003. However when I closed
and saved the document, then reopen the compatability reverts back to 97.
I found a bunch of custom codes under file > properties and deleted them.
Sorry didn't make note of what they were. Those stay gone but it still
revert...

How do you modify a list style
I created a simple list style I call "Bullet". I used a dot for the first
level and a dash for the second level. The first level has no indentation
and the "hang" defaulted to .25". The second level indents at .25" and
"hangs" at .25".
I would like the level 1 to indent at .25" but I don't see where I can

Underlining in Word
This is driving me crazy. When I am inserting underlined text (I position my
cursor in front of the character where I want to insert, turn underlining on,
then type my new underlined text), when I turn off underlining, it deletes
the underlining I just put in! How do I stop it from doing that? This seems

Hyperlink in MS Word document.
I have a user who is adding hyperlinks to Powerpoint and other files, when
the link is first added and before the file is saved placing the cursor over
the hyperlink will display the "CTRL/Click" to follow link message and the
file will be preceeded with "file:///\\". If the file is then save and
re-opened "file:///\\" will have been changed to ../.../.../ rendering the
file unobtainable...

Control of Numbering in a Word Table
I have a table with a numbering system like this
T2-1.0 for the first heading
T2-1.1 for sub rows
T2-1.2 and so on for rows thereafter
T2-2.0 for the Next heading
T2-2.1 for the sub rows like before
Now during editing I have somehow created
