Printing Names of Attachments in HTML
I have Microsoft Windows 2003 and have loaded up to Service Pack 2. I am
trying to print an e-mail sent out in HTML format with an attachment, but the
name of the attachment does not show on the printed out e-mail. How can we
show the name of the attachment?

Printing names of attachements when mail was sent in html
Hi!
Is this behavior by design, that if you print out a sent message in outlook
versions before 2003 SP1 which were built in html format that no attachement
names can be seen on the printed documents?
Or is there any trick or setting to resolve this "problem"?
We have OutlookXP - SP3 and the only way i known is to change the format to
"Rich text" or "Plain text".

Customize Outlook Printing
Good Morning,
I want to create/print a custom daily, weekly calendar from Outlook. I
want to place some custom objects in the printout including pictures.
Is there a utility that allows me to change and add these capabilities
before printing? Any ideas? I want to make a planner is my idea so
if there is any easier way possibly than outlook to create this i would
be open to that as well. ...

Formating how received emails print
I am trying to find a way to set up so that when I print a received email, it
will print in a particular font and size.
This needs to be a default as I am trying to set this up for someone who is
vision impaired and they would like to be able to print emails they receive
with a size 18-20 font
is there a way to do this?
I believe they have office XP...

Printing emails sent from word
Hello, we have this issue when we save a word document, then send it via
word (be it mail murge to an email address, or using the built in email
options) when the receipent prints the email from outlook, at the very top
the first line that was saved in the email gets placed in a header and
printed at the top of the page above the actual email "from/sent/to/subject"

Strange printing problem
- I am not able to print an e-mail I am creating, but not finished.
- I am able to print a message received and in one of my folders.
- When we I do a printer test print from the properties, everything works
fine.
We are running a network printer, Office 2003, and XP. All other
applications print fine.
Any ideas?...

left hand side of message missing when printed
it seems that the e-mail shifts to the left before printing and then when i
print it out i am missing the text on the left hand side of the page.
have checked printer settings, all fine, have even reinstalled office, but
the problem is still there..
any ideas??? thanks...

Print email without To list
Can anyone tell me how to print an email without the To list being printed?
I have an email 2 lines long but was sent to hundreds of people - I'd like
just the text of the email to be printed without all the hundreds of names
that appear in the To list. I'm using Outlook 2003....

truncated appt when printing calendar
I typically print out a weekly calendar and carry it with me in my notebook.
Until recently each appt was listed, complete with subject and location,
sometimes taking several lines to do so. Since the end of September each
appt is now only allotted 1 line causing the subject and/or location to be
truncated.
I don't know what changed and I don't see any word-wrap type option in the

Error Printing Shared Calendar
I am able to Print my OWN Calendar, but I have Owner Rights to see a
co-workers Calendar and when I try to Print the Calendar, I get the
following Error:
"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook."
I looked at Artical: 892450 from Microsoft and Removing the Mail Profile and
recreating it did not solve the problem.

Unable to print, invalid paper size
Hi,
I have the following problem, when using Microsoft Outlook 2003 i would like
to print emails. I'm not able to print and when i would like to set the
paper size i receive an error message regardless of the papersize i select.
I'm able to print from all other applications except Outlook 2003. None of
the other computers has this problem.

Out of Memory
Greetings,
Sometimes, in rare cases, some emails could just never print and displays
the following error:
"out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try
again."
I've tried restarting the PC, printing on a different printer even copying
the .msg file to another PC and attempt printing .. nothing's working.
Anyone knows why is that and how to over come t...

Printing Outlook View Control
Hi, I have this problem: I have an outlook today fully customized using HTML
page with three Outlook View Control inside, but, when i try to print, only
obtains a blank page. What is it?! Is there a problem with the Outlook View
Control? Anybody has an idea to do it?

Printing multiple emails
Hi, I ham having a problem with Outlook 2003, when I highlight several emails
to print out they come out in what appears to be a random order instead of
the order on screen, does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?
