Saving Contacts to Exchange - Somewhat Silly Issue
Hi,
I am currently running an Exchange 2007 Server within the company I
work for and we use Outlook 2003 clients. I have some users who
cannot save contacts at all and some that can. Has anyone seen this
issue? We are all running in cached mode. This has only started to
occur.

Deleting distribution lists
If I delete a Distribution list, does it also delete the contact from the

how do I combine 2 different contact lists in My Contacts?
When I got a new computer, the contents of my distribution lists disappeared
so I had to import the whole Contacts again from the old computer and ended
up with two separate lists of Contacts. I haven't been very good about
noticing if I use only one or the other. Can I combine the two, then deal
with duplicates?

Inbox
I am not getting new emails delivered to my inbox. I know I have received
emails and have seen some of the messages appearing at the botton of the
screen as they come in but when I look at my inbox, there is nothing later
than Monday 1st December.
I am getting the occasional junkmail straight to the junkmail box.
I have tried sending emails from my Hotmail account with the same result...

How do I copy certain contacts into my personal address book?
Using Outlook 2003.
Tell me it's obsolete, but I always use my personal address book. I'm in a
network environment where there is a Global Address book. Then I have a
Contacts folder where I keep all the names/numbers/emails of lots of people.
I don't always want to see that entire list of people when I'm looking for an

Address book first name last name not consistent
When looking in the address book, such as in Word to fill in an envelope,
there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to how the contacts are
listed by name. If I look in my contacts I can have two names both filed
last name, first name, exactly the same. But when I look in the address book
under contacts one of them will be last name, first name and the other will

WAB Import
Hi
I have copied a WAB out of our SBS and amended it to create a specific
marketing contact list.
I am about to Import it back, but I am a little hesitant as I don't want to
overwrite the exisitng FULL WAB with my cutdown version.

How to add a new Mobile-2 field?
Almost every client of mine has a double/multiple SIM mobile contacting
device(s)! I want to add a custom field like Mobile 2 and Mobile 3 with all
the original controls possessed by the original Mobile field.

Moving contacts to Outlook Express
I'm trying to get my Outlook 2003 contacts into my iPod. But I need to
transfer them to Outlook Express first, (because Outlook is on another
computer). It works, but doesn't transfer the phone numbers, only the names
and e mail addresses. Does anyone know a fix?...

My 2007 Address Book does not connect to my Contacts. Why?
I have a new system running Vista Home Premium and Outlook 2007. I exported
my 2003 Outlook and it seems to be running well except that Address Book in
Mail does not have my contacts listed.

Contact names are getting mixed up
Many of my users have hundreds or thousands of contacts they want to
add to CRM. Many go in without issue, but some names get hacked up in
all kinds of strange ways. Example: Dr. Danielle Johnston MD has the
salutation "Dr." and the last name of "Danielle Johnston MD", no title

CONTACT LIST ON ANOTHER HARD DRIVE
ON MY OTHER COMPUTER THE MOTHER BOARD GOT ZAP. THE HARD DRIVE WAS OK. SO I

distribution list error
When I try to send to a distribution list I'm getting a wierd error 9 out of
10 times, where it tells me that the list has been deleted. I can see the
list from the contact tab, and I can send to all the people in it, and even
once in a great while it works, but most of the time I get that deleted error....

Lost Outlook Contacts
Hi, am using Outlook 2003. There was a problem and I reinstalled outlook.
Managed to recover data on my various folders via my backup but now I cannot
simply click address book to use the contacts. Those contacts shown in my
contact folder but when composing new message, I click "TO", message appear:
"Address list could not displayed as the folder maybe remove or deleted."

Look up Outlook Contact
When I "right click" on the email address of someone and click on "Look up
Outlook Contact," I get a box that says:
"Cannot perform the requested operation. The command selected is not valid
for this recepient."
However, it is valid...I can go to "Contacts," pull up that person and click
