How to edit location names in calendar?
I misspelled a location name in the calender entry. How/where do I edit it?

Outlook 2007 General Calendar
Recently I restored the hard drive and reinstalled the op. (win xp pro)
reinstalled office 2007 and now there are some issues with the General
calendar. I go to public folder add it to the favorite, as soon as added to
the favorite all appointments and notes disappears. I have run windows update
and time zone update. Any idea!

Outlook 2000 - Multilpe Invitations Generated
Using Outlook 2000, I have 12 clients who are all delegates of each other's
calendars. When they set up the delegation, they switched off the option
"Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me". Some of
these delegates only have "Reviewer" rights and others have "Editor" rights.

Display on Microsoft Outlook 2007 Calendar
I've recently "upgraded" (and the scare quotes are intentional) from
XP to Vista, and am now setting up my calendar in Outlook 2007. Is
there any way to do any of the following (in order of priority):
(1) Set the Calendar screen in "Week" view to display only
appointments, without the "hourly" grid; in effect, is there a way to
emulate the "Week" (and not the "Work Week") view from Outloo...

automated notifications re: forwarded meeting invitations
When we schedule meetings and an invitee forwards the inviation to someone
else, we sometimes are receiving an automated e-mail with details on who
forwarded the invitation and too whom. Problem is that we don't always get
the message or we do get it but it's automatically going into the deleted
folder instead of our inbox. Is there a setting/configuration somewhere that
can be set?

Exporting Calandar data to update Smart Phone
My company is disallowing persoanl smartphone syncronization with company
laptops as of Jan. 1.
Is there a way to extract a file out of Outlook and email it to my phone and
process it to update Outlook on my phone?
Are there any other options?
The only one I cam eup with is do a screen print of my daily and/or weekly
canaldar and then email the image to my phone.

How set up current & next month display on "Calendar"
On my "Calendar" page I used to have on the left margin the current month and
next month, one above the other. Somehow, I've wound up with just the
current month showing. Can someone tell me how to add the next month below

Stopping 'Updated' being added to calendar entries

I have my calendar view set as the 31-day month view. This means that all
the dates are in quite small boxes.
When someone changes an appointment they have invited me to, the calendar
entry changes and the word 'Updated:' is added to the beginning of it.
Unfortunately, this word is then visible on the calendar and I can't actually
see what the meeting or event is because it is push...

Variable Scheduling Rules
Hello. My company has a semi-monthly payroll period which falls on the middle
and end of each month. Since we use direct deposit, occasionally payroll has
to go through a day or two early.
I wanted to know if it was possible to schedule a recurring appointment
which would have a rule which moves the appointment back to Friday if the
date lands on a weekend. I haven't been able to figure...

Outlook 2007 Calendar Automatic Forwarding loses its rules.
The calendar is set up to autmatically color meetings/appointments. The list
of rules will disappear and reappear throughout the day, and it's really
annoying. User is on Exchange Server 2007 (all her setting are located there
as well). I just turned off Cached Exchange Mode, as I figured that might be
a culprit. Has anyone else come across this?...

My own calendar schedules...For multiple computers...how?
I own several computers. It seems that I can only use ONE computer to keep up
with my outlook calendar schedules. Why is that? Is there a way that I can

Problems Accepting Meeting Requests
Hi All
I have a user who cannot accept meeting requests in Outlook 2007 with SP1
installed. Whenever she does a message appears saying.
"the function cannot be performed because the message has been changed"

i want a calendar invitation sent to a hotmail email to be auto added to a

On reboot, Outlook said file Corrupt & Calendar Disappeared
Last reboot, Otlook said that it had ended incorrectly and had to check file-
after check Calendar would not open. Only shows list of holidays from 2006 7
2007 now. Cannot change view. Lost data! Help! What do I do to recover my
calendar? Failing that, how do I reset my calendar so i can view the Month
view & start entering new data?...

IE doesn't support synchronizing this type of url
I'm using WinXp Pro and Office 2003. When I try to drag an Outlook calendar
to a desktop I get the "IE doesn't support synchronizing this type of url"
error.
This doesn't happen with everyone. Some users I can drag the calendar to
their desktop without any problems but others I get the IE error. We all use
the same OS and Office 2003.
Anyone have a clue what's going on?

Outlook 07 Shared Calendars
I have a list of other's shared calendars in the navigation pane.
Ocassionally the list will disappear and I have to add all the calendars one
at a time via the "Open a Shared Calendar" function. Any way to prevent this
list from disappearing?...

Force calendar to show "no information"
I put my boss's free/busy publish to 0 in order for it to show //// meaning
no information. Some people view it that way but others see it as just
empty as if he is free all the time.
He has delegates. Must they also publish as 0 or does that affect only
their own personal calendars?

how do I import or export data from outlook to gmail calendar
Hello, I have outlook 2003 and also a gmail account, usually I use the gmail
calendar so I can access it where ever I want since is online. Last week I
bought a mobile Nokia E71, and it's calendar works with outlook calendar,
still I prefer to fill the one in gmail. Is there a way of exporting the data
of gmail calendar to outlook or the other way around?

Group calendar view
Hello
I have created 3 calenders in my outlook via New>Folders>Calendar Item etc.
Is it possible to see these calenders as well as mine in a group view? Or is
there any other better way of looking at them together.

In a newtwork running Exchange Server 2K, stations with Office 2K and others
with Office 2003 all users have permissions set to view all others' calendars.
Some times part of the users show a strip of lines (not available?) even
