Calendar does not work
I use my calendar on a daily bases to schedule appointments, reminders and
things to do on a daily bases. I had setup a reminder to occur once every 4
months and to remind me 15 minutes before it occurs.
So today Oct 18th I am viewing the web and a reminder from Oct 4th came up
today not the 4th as it should have, I sure am glad it was not that important
like a job interview because tha...

How do I change a recurring appointment to all day event?
I sometimes forget to set up birthdays and anniversaries, etc., as an "All
Day" event instead a default time. When I open the appointments later, I
cannot seem to find a way to select "All Day" to correct the appointment
without removing the reocurrance and reestablishing it--that, by the way
changes the reocurrance frequenty back to the default and it must be changed

I can't see Share My Calender Option in My Calender Navigator
Hai,
I am using My Exchange Server service for my Outlook. I have to share my
Calender with My Bose as it cantains some vital information. Even though I
tried it, I can't see the Share My Calender Option in My Calender Navigator
or anywhere else. Any body have the solution, pls help and thanks in advance

Cannot share outlook calendar in 2003

2007 Calendar Issue (When toggling between e-mail and calendar)
I'll be viewing my calendar and select to view one or more additional
calendars (fellow colleagues), then I toggle back to e-mail to do something
else, when I return to my calendar view (with multiples selected), there are
absolutely no appointments on any of the calendars. But if I deselect the
additional calendars (returning my view to just my own calendar), then toggle
back to e-mail...

How to share outlook calender?
Have small business on home network - server and two computers.
The server is Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Service Pack
2 and the two pc's are Windows Vista Business. Outlook 2007 is on both pc's.

desktop shortcut for public calendar OUtlook 2007
In Outlook 2003 I could drag a public calendar folder to the Quick Launch
toolbar and then drag it to the desktop. It could then be deleted from the
Quick Launch toolbar and "tada" a working desktop shortcut was created. It
does not work this way in Outlook 2007. Is there a different method or am I
missing something....

Sharing Calendars
Hi,
I need to set up a calendar for 2 departments to share. I know i can share
a personal calendar with others but this will be a general calendar. I can
set up a user/mailbox for the general share i guess but i would need to hide
it from "microsoft exchange address list' would that cause any proble? Is
that the best way?

How do I create a Rule in MS-Outlook to automatically decline meet
I want to automatically decline meeting invites, from specific people for a
specific event that is a recurring event?
I already know about the Options in Tools->Options-> Calendar Option ->
Resource Scheduling. But this option declines "all" recurring meetings. I
want to be able to decline specific invites based on either the person,
subject line or both.

syncing outlook 03 with the the microsoft live calendar
I am not a paid ms live client. I am told that I can sync my outlook 03 with
the new ms live calendar and contacts, but I am not sure how. Can someone
please help me with the steps on syncing ms outlook 03 contacts and calendar
with the new calendar and contacts on ms live. I would like to sync both

Appointments off by one hour for last week in October
In Outlook 2003 all appointments, reminders and meetings are off by one hour
for the last week in October. Outlook is recognizing the time change to
still be the last Sunday in October. After that week everything displays as
it should and prior. When sending or receiving for that week, they are all
off by an hour.

Outlook 2007 - How can you COPY someone on a meeting request?
Can you send a meeting request to some people (bosses, etc.) and have the
meeting notification copied to some others (secretary) just for their
information?
I don't want the "copied" people to have to accept, decline, etc.
I'd like to be able to do all this with one meeting request instead of
having to remember to make a copy of the message and forward it on to someone....

Default Appointment Time in Outlook 2003
Is it possible to change default appointment time to 15 minutes. I have

slice option to 15 minutes - but the default appointment time is still set to

Meeting Requests coming in as Email Text instead of Calendar Item
Hello,
This is a little difficult to explain. We use Exchange 2007 with all of the
latest service packs. We have a mix of Outlook 2003 and 2007 users, also with
all of the latest office Service Packs.
Whenever some of our employees send meeting requests out, they come in as an
email instead of a meeting that I can Accept, Decline or mark Tentative.

CPAO Templates
I am wanting a template that does not have the dates of the month printed in
the middle of the calendar. Is there any way to get them to go away, or find
a monthly template that doesn't show them like that. I'm wanting them in the
upper left corner.
I downloaded a template, but it's in Word and I don't know how to make it
show up in CPAO.

Why can't I see the date on appointments in To Do bar?
When I look at my appointments in the To Do bar it only shows the time. I
can't tell which day of the week the appointment is for. It does show up
when I move the mouse over the appointment but I would prefer just to look at
it and see the date. Is there some setting I need to change? Thanks
