OL2007 Monthly Cal Printing
I have a customer who uses Exchange Public folders for a corporate calendar
and prints a monthly calendar for distriubution to offsite folks. When they
exceed 6 appts on any given day these appts do not print on the monthly
calendar.
The Calendar Printing Asst does not work on Public Folder calendars.
Any advice?...

Calendar Category Colors
If I use the Calendar Printing Assistant to print appointment locations
(since Outlook Calendar cuts off text and you can't see locations anymore),
is there a way to print the individual appointment category colors? I only
seem to be able to change the overall calendar colors in the Calendar
Printing Assistant program. ...

Undo does not work in most cases!
For example, if you move an appointment, you cannot undo the action.
Also, where undo is available (e.g. deleting an appointment), the action
history is only 1 action deep.
This is shockingly bad.

Recurring weekly meeting with exception of 2nd week of month
I need to schedule a recurring meeting for every Monday, with the exception
of the second Monday of each month. Is there a way to set it up as

CAN I ADD A REMINDER GREATER THAN 2 WEEKS
Using Outlook 2003, I need four week reminders and two weeks is the last one
in the reminder window. Can this be accomplished? If so, please explain how

Allow user-defined number of weeks in Outlook 'Month' view
User cannot see more than two appointments per day in Outlook 'Month' view
(especially on a laptop with a 1:1.6 aspect ratio.) Allow user to define
number of weeks that appear in the 'Month" view. An overview of the next two
weeks appoinments that shows all appoinments at a glance would be a great
time saver.

cannot open recurrences
I just switched from an XP desktop to a Vista Home Premium desktop and
installed Office XP on it. I was running Office 2000 on the XP computer. I
copied the Outlook 2000 .pst files over and opened them in Outlook 2002. They
appear to work Ok except that, when I set up recurring appointments, I cannot
open them. The error messages says the items are not valid. I can delete them.

Moving the current week up on the monthly view
In monthly view, there are some months when the last days of the month don't
appear with the current month. They appear with the following month
requiring users to scroll to see even the current day's appointments. March
'09 is an example. Five weeks show up in my monthly view. In March, the

Sync Outlook to my LG Phone...
I am trying to sync Outlook via bluetooth with my LG Voyager cell
phone. When I select the events on certain dates and send it to the
phone, it uploads all the events to the one date instead of the dates
that were selected.
Any ideas how to get Outlook to sync all the dates? Thanks...

Meeting Requests not getting to user at all
I have a user who is not receiving meeting requests that are sent to him. He
has several delegates to his calendar who are getting the requests. We have
sent several tests and the user does not receive the events but the events

Have you ever actually tested this site out and got a feel for how it works?
It seems not. It's seems buggy, clumsy and poorly designed.
I've just entered a new post but it's not obvious at all were I can find and

Print date range starting mid month
Hi,
I would like to print an event that spans 28 days on a single page in
Outlook 2007.
The event starts on 17th March 2009 & ends on 13th April 2009.
Problem is Outlook keeps printing the printing the preceding two weeks out
and therefore spanning two pages of A4 (letter in U.S. parlance I think).
This is even after I've specified the 17th to 15th.

Outlook 07 moved all recurring appointments back 3 days.
I recently purchased a BlackBerry Storm. I just noticed that all of my
recurring appointments in Outlook 2007, such as birthdays, have been moved
back by 3 days. I am not sure if this has to do with the sync with the BB,
but I presume that is when it occurred. It looks like it is all recurring

Outlook recurring appointments moved back 3 days
I recently purchased a BlackBerry Storm. I just noticed that all recurring
appointments, such as birthdays, were moved back by 3 days in Outlook. I
don't know how to fix this without going through every one and changing the

reminders popup in the front
We switched from Groupwise to Outlook but one feature I find lacking
is that the reminders popup for appointments doesn't come to the
"front" of all the other windows. In GW, it would be on top of other
open windows but in Outlook if another window is covering the outlook
window, then popup is not seen
Is there a setting that can fix this?

Event will not delete
I receive the error message below when I open Outlook:
"Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again. Could not complete
the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid."
I have tried several of the recommendations from previously listed threads
(opening Outlook with commands, etc). None of them have corrected the problem.

publishing calendar
I am able to publish my Outlook calendar via windows/office live from my
desktop to my husbands laptop, but I am unable to publish his, back to me.
When I right click on his calendar, the correct options are there, but the
wizard doesn't kick in. I've done diagnostics, and all is well..do I simply
need to re-install the whole program?...

Why won't my 51 Outlook reminders stay deleted or dismissed???
