Removing National Holidays from Outlook 2007
I have added holidays from numerous countries for interest but have found out
that they have to be clicked on to remove them.
How do I remove them all quickly and start again?...

Cannot send update from Tentative status to Busy status
Scenario:
Step 1: The meeting planner A sets up a meeting in Outlook calendar as
Tentative and invites person B
Step 2: Person B accepts it, and it shows as Tentative on his calendar
Step 3: Person A confirms it by change the meeting item from Tentative to
Busy and sends update to person B
Step 4: Person A's calendar shows Busy status

Shared Calendar Reminders
I have out look 2007 and 2003 users and I am trying to share my calendar with
10 other people and have my reminders remind them as well at the exact same
time. When I attempt to share it, they could connect successfully and see my
events, but when it comes to the reminders; it will remind only me on my
computer (creator of the events) but will not remind the others. Does anyone
have any ...

Outlook 2007 Calendar
I use the monthly view for printing my calendars. However, when I type in
my appointments, the text does not wrap to the next line. It just cuts off.
I noticed that the boxes in 2007 are smaller than 2003. How can I get all of
the information I need on the calendar without it being cut off. Changing
the font doesn't work. It makes it smaller, but you still can't get
everything on ...

How do I synchronize my desktop and laptop outlook calenders?
I am trying to figure out a way to synchronize my home desktop and laptop
calenders. I have them networked so I can view shared folders but I can't
figure out how to view my calender that is saved on my desktop from my
laptop. Is subscribing to an exchange the only way to do it? Thanks all for
any help you can offer....

Moving / rescheduling a meeting in 2007

old version it gave you a calendar that you could change the date. Where in

Cannot Delete Calendar...
I have two calendars. One that I have always had called "Calendars in
Personal Folders" and the other is new called "Calendar", which I
accidentally created when syncing a new Blackberry to my computer. I need to
delete "Calendar" but that option is not highlighted (unclickable) in the
menu. Any assistance on this would be appreciated. Thanks....

Pop-up display on invite of my calendar for proposed time
I would like to suggest having a pop-up display show my calendar before,
during, and after the proposed meeting time when I hover over the calendar
icon in a meeting request. This would eliminate my need to go to my calendar
before coming back to accept/reject the meeting request.

Outlook 2007 shared calendars: they disappear next day or else
Outlook 2007, use of Exchange Server: I am finding that complete lists of
shared calendars disappear (sometimes) the next day from "All calendar
items", and I have to reopen the Global address list and reopen the shared
calendars again. Procedure used: 1) Click calendar>Click "Open Shared

maybe that would have been clearer

freeze calendar in pocket pc
I am using outlook conector to syncronize my calendar, tasks and e-mail
messages. After that I syncronize with poket pc in order to have data
updated in my palm device. Tasks and e-mail go just fine. Calendar does the
sinc - one can see it in active sink progress - but when I try to see it in
the palm it 'gets into loop".
Would anybody help me to solve this?

Who is the organizer when creating appointment in shared calendar
Outlook 2003 and 2007 does not do the same...
When creating an appointment in a shared calendar using Outlook 2003, the
owne of the calendard will be the organizer.
Using Outlook 2007, the person creating the meeting will be the Organizer.
Is there any sugestion how to change the behaivour of Outlook 2007 so it
work like the old one ?...

Adding meeting request as icalendar link in body of email
I was recently able to add the 2009 holiday schedule to my Outlook calendar
by simply clicking on a button sent to me in an email... How can I create a
set of meeting requests that particpants can simply add to their calendar by
clicking on a link or opening an attachment in the body of an email? The goal

Default Meeting Status - Busy vs Tentative
User has full control over multible Calendars, This person creates a
Calendar entry and invites are sent out. The Default shown as status
window for the meeting creator is set to "busy" The meeting is sent
out and within a few seconds the default status for this meeting
changes from busy to tentative. The meeting organizer and send are
both running outlook 2007 w sp1 and the default shown ...

beeping when a meeting cancellation is received
I just got an email from an unhappy someone telling me to skip the loud
beeping on the cancellation notice that I sent. She feels meeting
cancellations three weeks out aren't urgent and don't need the loud beep (she
may be right, there).
So when I'm cancelling a meeting, can I change something in the notice so
that it doesn't send out the "urgent message" beep?

Outlook 2007: Display only events in calendar week view
Is it possible to display only events in the week view. If not is there
someway to increase the size of the event list frame on the eek view so it
shows more events without scrolling? If it cannot be configured can code be
introduced to make this happen?...

Accepting multiple appointments in Outlook 2003
Is there any way to accept multiple appointments at the same time? I have
tried selecting all and right-clicking to accept (as you can for a single
appt) however, it does not bring up an accept option when more than one is
selected....

A reminder keeps poping up for a deleted appointment
A reminder for a past appointment kept poping up so I deleted the appointment
from the calander (screen). The reminder still poped up so I selected open
appointment and deleted. The reminder still pops up and now I can do nothing
about it. I tried restarting my computer and the reminder still pops up....

how do I export an outlook 2002 calendar to Entourage or Mac Ical.
Outlook 2002 calendar does not seem compatible with either Entourage or Ical
for import /export. Does anyone know a workaround so I can export the data

Outlook 2003 can't open calendar item.
I am having problem.
I can't open any items on my calendar in 2003. I have reset the preview and
i have cleared the form cache. If i click on an item it highlights blue,
but it doesn't open. I can't create a new calendar item either. I don't get
pop up reminders when they are supposed to fire. It's like the lauch
function is broke.
I tried rebooting but it didn't fix it.
