Flagging Contacts
Can multiple\shared users create follow up flags for the same contact ?
Before I convert my whole company over I want to know if 2 people can flag
the same contact ? It looks like flags are overwritten if a single user
tries to create mutiple flags for the same contact.........

remove contacts from account
I am trying to implement Microsoft Office 2007 with Business Contact Manager
for my boss. I need to remove multiple (by that I mean a lot of) contacts
from an account. If I delete the account, the contacts are lost. It seems
my only other options are to either: open the account and manually click on
each name and then remove, which will take forever, or open each name and

Error after installing BCM2007QFE-KB935569-FullFile-ENU.EXE
Need some help solving issues with BCM & 2007 Office. Below string tells the

Using a MS Word Template with BCM
Is there a simple way to use a word template and have BCM contact fields
populate the various fields within the word template?
Other contact manager programs have this ability but I can not find an easy
way to accomplish this in BCM... Any suggestions?

BCM 2007 Export/Import not retain full history
I have a BCM account that has history going back 1 month including emails and
business notes.
I export to a BCM file using all the default settings (Full history etc).
Then I connect to a new empty db and import from the BCM file using the
default settings. When I look at the the Account history it is missing most
of the items that were present prior to the export/import.

Adding contact subfolders in BCM for marketing campaigns
Hi,
Currently all contacts end up in 1 BCM folder. I need to create several
folders and make these folders selectable for individual campaigns. When
attempting to create a subfolder in BCM access is denied stating admin
permissions not granted . I am the admin and sole user and unable where to
find the permissions to change this ! Appreciate some help

MS Update for BCM Error in SQL Server 2005 Express Edition SP2: 0x
Hi folks!
Microsoft Update tried to install the following: "Microsoft SQL Server 2005
Express Edition Service Pack 2 (KB 921896)", but did not succeed. It returned

Opportunity price (how to change)
I would like to know if it is possible to change the price shown in
the opportunity. It seems to be tied to the product and cannot be
edited.
Well, pricing changes all of the time. In addition, I use somewhat
generic items that have a price range. I'd like the reports to be
accurate in terms of % and $ expected, but I don't want to spend all
of my time updating pricing information.

everytime, i try to share a database with another computer on my network and
they try to open it i get the message "can't find computer". we don't have a
server just a "hub"computer. i have tried all the troubleshooting ideas......

BCD Remote DB and working offline
Everyone is remote and only vpn's or RDC into the server once in a while. If
the BCD database is placed there will they be able to work offline, then

E-mail Marketing Service
I have been trying for a couple of weeks... on and off to sign up for the
email service associated with bcm.... Each time I pick the plan....it appears
to go somewhere and then I get this error:
Server Error
An error has occurred on our bCentral server
Does this service not work can you get signed up from outside bcm?

Removing Business Contact Manager
It sounds like in some applications, Business Contact Manager has been
installed as an add-on in the add/remove programs list in Control Panel.
When I installed BCM, it actually added in to my Outlook 2003 and did not
create an add-in for me to remove. When I add/remove programs for this, it
wants to modify Outlook 2003 which I am a bit wary of doing. I don't want to
uninstall Outlook...

I cannot install BCM
I am unable to complete the start up of Outlook Business Contact Manager I
receive a popup that reads: "Database creation was unsuccessful because you
do not have a valid Microsoft Office 2007 license to use Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2007".

Office Enterprise
I run office enterprise 2007 on my desktop. We have a client that
wants to run Outlook with BCM, is their anyway to install BCM on my
machine so I can test the setup with a SBS server?
Or will will I have to setup another machine and install a different
version of Outlook?
Why does office have to have so many complicated versions these days?
I have not looked much but do you get a BCM clie...

Email Sent Items Auto-Link Folder Gone!
Hi
Usiing Outlook 2007 BCM v3?
Would anyone know why the Sent Item folder has disappeared from Folders
selection in the Manage E-mail Auto-linking Folders.
I have two email accounts that i receive and sent emails from; both inbox's
and sub folders are showing for both but only one sent items folder is
showing.
Both folders where previously listed and available to be checked....

History items
Is it possible to get the History Items back on the main screen for a
business contact? It sucks having to open a business contact, then click on
buttons to get the list of things I've done with this contact.
I was much happier when it was all on the same screen.
While I'm at it, can I remove this business card crap? I don't even want to
look at it on the main screen. It seems useless...

Contacts not transferring to my PDA? Not sure why?
most of my Business Contracts transfered to my PDA but some haven't. they
