After getting used to Office 2007 (running on Vista Ultimate) for some

After installation I restarted Outlook again, and it consistently runs out

when error messages starts to pop-up!
I see that SQL Server 2005 Express is installed along with BCM and w...

I have tried saving the complete business name as a last name (leaving the
first and middle name boxes empty). This works sometimes, however when I
move my contacts to a new computer Outlook automatically gives these
companies a firs...

see new search folders and changes to existing search folders instantly.
Impressive!
2. Customize Master Category List: Problems: User A creates new categories
and assigns colors to them, then assigns catagories to contacts. User B's

Shared calendar in BCM 2003
I am setting up BCM 2003 on Outlook 2003. I apparently cannot store the
shared contacts on the SBS 2003 server, so I will store them on a local
machine. (For backup purposes, where are the shared folders kept?) How do I
set up a shared calendar so that all users can see and change appointments?
I have a shared public calendar folder onthe SBS 203 server. Thanks.

Linking tasks to Contacts
Sorry about the post blast - I'm new to BCM and in a hurry!
I know that I can link a task to a contact by clicking the 'Link to Record'
button in a task. But that is pretty laborious!! Surely there is a way to
automatically link the task to a contact record when you click on New ask for
Contact? At the very least I would want to link the task to that contact!!!
Or am I expecting too mu...

Hi all,
We have been running exchange 2003 on SBS 2003 for some time now and
it is well established in our small (but growing) business. We have 4

and a couple that spend a lot of their time on the move, using hot
spots to move data to/from the office server.
A while ago we installed BCM 2003 and it has been working wel...

2003 VS. 2007
I've been looking for a document that compares the features of BCM 2003 vs.
2007. We are a small company that will be installing 10 copies of BCM. We
would like to be able to share the database, if possible, instead of having
each individual create their own. Can you point me to a document that shows
me the differences between the products and their networkable features?
Thank you....
