BCM (V2) and SBS 2003
Hello all.
I'm trying to share a BCM (V2) database on an SBS 2003 server.
After I have:
Installed Outlook 2003 on the SBS 2003 server (taking into account the MAPI
factors)
Installed BCM (V2)
Created a new Outlook 2003 profile
Confirmed that BCM would be used with the profile
Created a database

Any way to modify the default dates in reports?
We are using BCM 2007 quite successfully. HOWEVER, the default dates in the
reports are from the start of our usage through the current day. I am
wondering if there is a way that we can set the default reports to start
with the current month-to-date instead of everything!
I have created saved reports but there is no month-to-date option in there
either - I think someone forgot somethi...

Journal with BCM
Is there any to create Journel Entries for contacts in BCM? The Jourmnal
defaults to Contacts & I cannot find a way to include Business Contacts.

non-typical error opening form
I'm getting the "error opening form - some of the need controls may not be

Marketing Campaign / Tracking
I have 13 users connected to a SBS2003 running BCM the problem I have
run into is the the marketing campaigns are created but the tracking
is not working, when you make a new opportunity or new contact the
campaigns do not show up in the source list. Do these have to be
manually added and if so what title do I use?

OL 2007 w/BCM Transfer to New PC
In the past (OL 2003 w/o BCM) I've just copied over the .pst file and
manually re-configured the layouts on the new PC to conform to the old
layouts.
I have the old and new systems on the same home network. Right now it looks
like my best bet is to use the Business Data Import and Export Wizard,
combined with copying the .pst across.

Ok, so here goes. I have the microsoft Action pack subscription version of
office 2007 enterprise, and accounting pro 2007 installed. Running windows xp
pro with all latest patches as of tuesday.

BCM 2003 Error Message on Opening
Since the last microsoft security patch upgrades, my outlook 2003 will open
and function, but when opening the accounts icon in BCM I get an error
message that Outlook must close. Has the configuration changed with this

BCM and remote users...
I have a client that is using BCM , but they use a laptop in the office and
have remote access while they are away. The problems we have are:
1) While they are not connected to the server the BCM isnt available
offline, so they have no access to the contacts etc. At the moment they
have to manually copy the contacts to their local ones. Is there a way
around this or some sort of script...

Outlook - default mail
Outlook 2007 IS my default mail. MS Publisher says it is not and keeps

What is "IM address" field in new BCM 2007 for? Does it work at al
I tried to enter some hotmail addresses (used for MSN chat) into IM adress
field available in new BCM for Outlook 2007.
But this information is not saved when form is closed.

Outlook 2007, BCM, SBS2003R2 & Office Accounting 2007
Hello,
I want to install BCM remote database configuration on a SBS2003R2. Office
Accounting Pro 2007 is already installed on the SBS server and running an
instance of MSSMLBIZ database. Outlook 2007 is on the desktops, but BCM is
not installed.
Do I just install the BCM on the client and connect it to the MSSMLBIZ

Does anyone know how I could create a colorful HTML email using BCM Marketing

Lost Business Contact Toolbar and Business Contact History wont wo
Currently, I am am seeing all my incoming email in my Business Contact

I was wondering if there is somewhere a field to set if the contact is
male or female? I need this for the mailmerge salutations, which is
quite complicated in german.
I didn't find a field, so I tried to add it as a user-defined field, but
