BCM for Outlook 2003 will not install
After I installed Office Professional 2003 I tried to install the BCM. It
will not install properly and it causes errors in Outlook. I had Outlook 2003
with BCM previously installed on this computer and a file with Business
Contacts. I had to reformat my hard drive and re-install everything and now I
can't install BCM. Please help....

How do I print envelopes using business contact manager?
I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to figure out this mail merge too. I
finally figured out how to creat a letter and print it using my business
contact manager contacts. It worked fine. However, now I am totally stuck
when it comes to the envelopes. I have tried everything and still can't
figure out how to print the cooresponding envelopes...PLEASE HELP!!!!...

OL 2007 w/BCM Transfer to New PC
In the past (OL 2003 w/o BCM) I would just copy over the .pst file and
manually edit the layout to match my old configuration.
I have the old and new PCs connected via my home network. It looks like my
best bet is to use the Business Data Import and Export wizard to save the BCM
data. Then I can use my old "copy the .pst" method to get the balance of the

Sync of BCM (in Vista), With Pocket PC not possible?
I have been unable to find a way of linking BCM with my pocket pc. For some
bizarre reason the Windows Mobility Center does not support my BCM contacts!
I have looked into this and even tried to install the add-in from Microsoft:

BMC 2007 install fails during SQL Server 2005 Express install
I am running Windows XP SP2 and Office 2007 Professional Plus. I downloaded
the Disk 2 from the Small Business 2007 Trail. During installation, the
system repeatedly fails during the SQL install. The log reads as follows:

Can I get rid of meeting end times on Outlook Calendars?
I am working with Outlook 2007 (with Business Contact Manager) and trying to
create a calendar. We don't want to show meeting end times on the calendar,
but I can't seem to find a way to get rid of them. Any suggestions would be

Outlook upgrade 2007 - Where is BCM?
I have a subscription to Outlook live and received the Outlook 2007 upgrade.
I used to have Outlook 2003 with BCM, when I performed the upgrade, BCM
dissapeared and I do not know how to update BCM 2003 to 2007.

BCM Sync Problem
To anyone who has Outlook 2007 with business contact manager and a PPC with
2003SE:
Please do me a favor and go to the an Axim business contact and add some
information under "comments" and then save the change. The sync with your PC
and tell me if the change is reflected on the PC side.
If I make the change on the PC side it works fine but on the Axim side it
does not.

BCM feedback
After converting my CRM data from another popular product into BCM -- I feel
obligated to share my experiences. We chose BCM hoping for better
integration with our mail client, Outlook.
In short, Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves for releasing this

Buying BCM 2007
We decided to take the plunge and move from Act to Outlook/BCM. I thought
BCM was now part of Outlook and purchased several copies of the standalone
Outlook 2007 from Amazon. I now find that BCM does not appear to be a part
of Outlook but only comes with certain of the Office versions.

Global Updating of Fields
How can I globally replace information in contact fields? Example: If
company changes it's name, how do I do a "find & replace" on the company

Contacts import ACT! to Outlook lost dates on notes history
Is there a secret to getting the dates of notes to import (in Outlook

Restoring BCM 2007 from backups
I deleted some BCM "Accounts." Without telling me it was going to delete
everything associated with it, I lost a lot of contacts and the information
