Outlook 2003
I am running Windows XP Professional W/SP2. My problem is that I can not
send e-mails or files that are greater than one Meg, using Outlook 2003
W/SP2. I checked with my ISP, and they do not have a limit on the size of
the files that I can send.
Using Microsoft’s Article ID Number 832925: How to configure the size limit
for both (.pst) and (.ost) files in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 20...

Uninstall of BCM, Outlook, Office, SQL server, and .Net, leaves errors on re-install
Hello,
I was using Office 2003 with BCM. I played with BCM, then uninstalled
BCM/Outlook(the combined update from Microsoft online), then re-
installed Outlook from my cd.
Everything works fine, did a contact search but if I misspell a name,
(something other than a contact name in the folder) I get an error -
"Business contact manager failed to load (title) the error message
then reads "B...

For Outlook BCM, how do you select "Active" as a filter?
I suspect it's a bug, but one of the fields *not* listed at all, I believe,
is the Active status for a business contact, if you want to perform a filter
for only Active BCM contacts. Has anyone found a simple work-around?...

Opportunity form won't open
I think there is something wrong with the installation of BCM on my computer.
I frequently can't open forms. For example, I select an opportunity and
double-click on it, and I get the 'hourglass' for a few seconds, then nothing
happens.
I tried to shut down Outlook, and when I restart it, I get the following
error message: "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your

BCM- Calendar hangs Outlook 2007
I have a new problem. When I click on the calendar button on Outlook 2007, it
hangs Outlook. I must use Windows Task Manager to force a close of Outlook
and restart. All other buttons operate normally.
I'm guessing the prevaling solution will be to Restore from a backup. If
this is the case, I am going to move on from Outlook-BCM. It is way too buggy
and unstable.
Here's my computer ...

Marketing Campaigns - Beta Site
Has anyone used Emarketing Service (Beta Testing Period) and do you have any
tips? I am a new users to BCM and the reporting that you get from this
service is very interesting to me. I have "played" around with it and found
that you can only use the HTM or DOC documents and when I use this my
pictures do not come out clear in the email; any suggestions.

BCM and SQL Server
I have Outlook 2003 and BCM and downloaded the latest BCM update. When
installing, it attempted to load the SQL server and failed. Now I don't even
have the database that existed before the update install. Can you make a
suggestion on how I may recover my datafiles and make the necessary
connection with the SQL server?
Thank you!...

Opportunity / Contact history linking
For an existing opportunity I just logged a phone call with a contact. I did
this from the contact form-History. This doesn't show up in the Opportunity.
Are these completely separate? If I'd put it in the opportunity would it show
up in the contact history? What if I want to see everything I've done with a
particular contact; opportunity and regular stuff?

I am trying to attach to a shared BCM database. When I attempt to connect to

won't connect from the select a database screen. Most of the Microsoft
troubleshooting suggests a firewall problem so I turned off the firewalls on

the "Parent Company Name" in this case the account, even though the "Parent
