BCM database location
I moved the Outlook .pst file to a new location. Now when I open the BCM
properties, it tells me it cannot find the database, and it is looking for
the .pst file in the old location. How do I tell BCM where the new location
of the .pst file is?

Upgrading from BCM 2003
We have been using BCM for Office 2003.
We have several hundred business contacts.
Now I have upgraded to Office 2007 with BCM.
In order to do this, I had to first remove the
old BCM. Otherwise, Outlook would not start.
Now I can't seem to find the old database that
worked with BCM for Office 2003. Is there an
upgrade path, or do I have to retype all the
hundreds of contacts in again?...

account address linked to business contact address (BCM 2007)
Is there a way to automatically update the address of a business contact when
the account it is linked to's address is updated? If there are many people
from the same company it would be nice to be able to make sure they all have
the current address or update all contact addresses when the account's
address changes, rather than doing it manually.
Thanks!...

Can anyone tell me if in the new version of BCM 2007 that we will not only be

actually modify the entire forms? Be able to move fields on the pre-defined
form and/or delete them and add our own custom fields to the top of the forms?

Before we Migrate to Outlook from ACT...
As a small company without huge resources we are considering migrating from
our old version of ACT! to Outlook with or without BCM. We have 8-10 users
running Outlook on Exchange Server 2003. Importing contacts seems pretty
straight forward, and I'm sure notes and activities will be as well.
Some things we do not like about our version of ACT is that it is not very
customizable in term...

BCM File Sizes
Outlook 2003 with BCM had become very slow - to the point at which it was
taking five minutes to launch. I've been using it since 2003 and had
initially linked messages going back into early 2002.
So, I figured I'd give OLBCM2007 a whirl. I'm really happy with the new
product, but had almost the same start up time at first. Once I got it up
and running, I could see the "Communicati...

Seeing only "Business Notes" in Communication History
Hi,
I tried using filters to limit my view of the business contact's
"communication history" folder by specifying only viewing the type "note".
Unfortunately, this left me with a blank screen. I have many "business
note"s, and none of them show up. There is nothing else in the filter,
i.e., date range.
Why is there no choice for "business note" when choosing filter parameters?

I have imported 1,200 accounts with up to 4,000 business contacts. The
business contacts did not link with the associated accounts.
Is there a shortcut to drag or link Business Contacts to a company in
Accounts?
Also I wanted to find out how to make global edits of fields such as Phone
